某型飞行器综合测试设备的设计和实现

【摘要】 飞行器在研制过程中,需要综合测试设备对其功能和性能进行测试,在测试的过程中要求能够给出相应得测试激励并同步采集数据,保存相应的测试数据,并对其进行处理和计算后得到测试结果;测试设备要求具有可扩展性,经少量适应性更改后可满足后续型号或其它类似飞行器的测试要求,同时要有良好的自检能力。本课题针对该飞行器研制了具有一定通用性的综合测试设备,满足了它的测试要求。本文对被测对象进行了硬件和软件需求分析,遵循模块化、系列化、通用化原则,选择PXI总线架构的工控机和相应的测试功能板卡模块组建测试设备的控制中心,结合成熟的技术并适应性改进设计了接口适配器、动态激励装置、目标模拟装置和自检装置等设备,使测试设备除了满足当前项目的测试要求外还能为类似项目或后续项目升级使用。根据被测对象的特点和具体要求,采取上传注入式的方式来实现被测对象项目测试,软件由上位机和下位机两部分软件组成。测试软件主要由被测对象测试、设备自检测试、数据处理及回放、报表生成及设备资源调用等功能模块组成,提供人机交互界面供测试人员使用。本文研制的测试设备已投入使用,并很好地完成产品的综合测试任务。该设备硬件和软件性能稳定可靠,测试操作方便,具有较强的扩展性。
【Abstract】 Comprehensive test equipment is used to test the aircraft’s function and performance in its development process.It can give the corresponding test stimulus and synchronous data acquisition in the process of testing.Test results are given after the data processing and storage.The test equipment should have good generalization ability and self ability,which can be extended for test of the follow-up model.In this thesis,the comprehensive test equipment is developed to meet the requirements of the aircraft.In this thesis,the hardware and software requirements of the measured object are analyzed.A test equipment base of hardware platform based on PXI bus technology and the PXI instrument resource module mature is built according to the principle of modularization,generalization and serialization.Interface adapter,dynamic excitation device,target simulator and self checking device are designed.The test equipment has met the requirements of the current project test and can be used for similar projects or subsequent upgrade projects.According to the characteristics of the tested object and test requirements,the method of uploading and injection are used to achieve the test.The test software is divided into the upper computer test software and the next bit machine testing software.It is mainly composed of the object test,the equipment test,data processing and playback,report generation and equipment resource call and other functional modules.The comprehensive test equipment has been used in the actual test of the aircraft.It is stable and reliable,which has friendly interface and can be easy to operate.It also has a strong expansibility.
