核电站三维可视化工程设计验证平台开发

【摘要】 在非能动三代核电技术中采用的是三维可视化设计手段,各专业协同作业的方式大大提升了设计质量,但在工程实施过程中还需对安装、调试、运行、维护等方面的一些技术细节进行预先的分析和评价,设计与建造、调试、运维如何有效配合,如何在设计前端就避免很多不必要的施工困难,大型设备及模块的安装拆卸会遇到什么问题等是需要持续改进努力的。本文利用虚拟现实技术开发三维可视化工程设计验证平台,开展工艺流程仿真、人因工程学、地理信息系统等方面的应用探索分析,覆盖设计、设备制造到施工建造等项目生命周期各阶段,从而优化设计,直观地分析设备的可达性、可拆卸性和可维护性,为现场施工、调试、运维等提供可视化平台进行方案预演和反馈,为项目全生命周期各阶段相关单位提供技术支持服务。其中重点分析虚拟现实技术路线的选择方法,解决了虚拟现实软件与三维设计软件之间的接口转换问题,实现了参数化模型转换与轻量化模型转换两种方法,阐述了核电领域关心的人因工程问题及标准人体模型的构建,以及三维可视化工程设计验证平台的架构与实现。并对三维可视化工程设计验证平台应用前景分析,以国核示范工程CAP1400设计过程中遇到的实际问题为应用案例,说明了三维可视化工程设计验证平台在核岛大型设备吊装、在役维修方案验证与改进、核岛设备布置方案设计中的应用。证明了该三维可视化工程设计验证平台优化提升了非能动三代核电的设计方法,确保设计合理性,有效避免了施工过程中可能出现的问题,从而避免返工,缩短工期。

【Abstract】 This paper points out the advantages and problems of the 3D design method in passive third generation nuclear power technology,the author develops 3D visualization engineering design verification platform by virtual reality technology,to explore the application of the process simulation,human factors,geographic information system and other aspects.This platform covers design,manufacturing equipment to the various stages of construction construction project life cycle,so as to optimize the design,intuitive analysis of product manufacturability,accessibility,disassembly and maintenance,provide a visualized platform for construction,commissioning,operation and maintenance to rehearsal and feedback,to provide technical support services for the various phases of the project life cycle related units.The paper focuses on the analysis and selection of the virtual reality software,the problem of the human factors in the field of nuclear power and the construction of the standard human body model,and the architecture and implementation of the 3D visualization engineering design verification platform.To analyze the prospect of application of 3D visualization engineering design verification platform,according to the practical cases in the CAP1400 design process to illustrate the application of 3D visualization engineering design and verification platform in hoisting of large equipment,layout scheme of the nuclear island equipment,verification and improvement of maintenance scheme on active service.The 3D visualization of engineering design and verification platform optimizing design method of passive third generation nuclear power,to ensure the rationality of the design,effectively avoids the problems existing in the construction process,so as to avoid rework,shorten the construction period.
