汽车冷却风扇电机噪声改善

【摘要】 近年来随着汽车工业的迅速发展,汽车的噪声控制要求越来越高,很多汽车主机厂和零部件厂商都把噪声水平作为产品的重要特性。噪声作为一种较为复杂的并且同时受很多方面影响的指标,其对新产品的开发和提出了更高的要求。因此对噪声问题的系统深入的研究对汽车企业产品开发具有重大的意义。本文通过对汽车冷却风扇电机的噪声问题超过客户的要求为切入点,通过对电机的关键零部件噪声分析,对噪声问题找到根本原因分别为电机的扭矩波动和共振点频率点,然后对相应的子部件采取对应的改善措施,接着利用失效分析方法,对零部件的设计变更作全面的分析,确保整个设计在解决噪声的问题同时不影响制造生产工艺等方面的要求,最后通过测试实现电机噪声降低4dB(A),达到了客户的要求同时保证改进后的产品的可靠性。

【Abstract】 As rapid development of vehicle industry recently,the requirement of noise control in vehicle is getting stricter,majority of OEM and Tier 1 supplier all put noise level of product as top important characteristic.Noise is very complicated and in parallel affected by many components,which already gave much higher requirement to new product development and design change for current product.So it will be very highly meaningful for auto relevant company to spend effort to study noise problem systematically.This article starts from the noise problem that exceed the customer requirement,then goes to important and key components level.NVH data is created through recording and analyzing noise data of components which give big contribution.Based on this measurement data,the root cause of current product can be detected and relevant improvement solution can be propose to improve design to improve noise level.Finally,with failure analysis methodology approach,analyze whole picture of design change influence to make sure that noise problem is solved(reduce 4 dB(A))and achieving customer requirement and all other production,process requirements are not impacted or degraded,it can guarantee the product robustness.
