基于真三维环境下综采工作面生产过程动态管理系统研究

【摘要】 “十三五”煤炭工业规划明确了未来煤炭发展的方向,数字矿山技术取得了重大突破,煤企急需变革,煤矿的信息化、数字化、智能化建设是大势所趋。近年来,综采面机械设备在自动化、智能化方面取得重大突破。在此基础上,众多专家提出了数字化、智能化、无人化综采工作面的形成要素,传统的综采面管理方式已经不能完全满足生产需求。所以,必须改善综采面的数字化和可视化程度。本文对比研究了大量三维建模的优缺点和传统综采面生产管理系统结构,综合应用了三维建模、gis理论、计算机算法基础、地质统计学、计算模拟技术、三维可视化技术、数据库管理技术等多领域的理论与技术,本文通过分析综采面生产过程的特点,开发了综采面生产过程动态管理系统。本系统以AutoCAD 2014平台为基础,选用配置于CAD系统自带完整的集成开发环境(IDE)的Visual LISP语言和Microsoft Access 2007数据库进行二次开发。论文进行了以下层次的研究与探讨:(1)本文结合综采面的真实生产情况,构建了综采面真三维环境,设计了综采面生产过程动态管理信息系统,为综采面生产管理数字化、可视化、智能化的建设搭建了平台。为了满足综采面生产过程需要,设计开发了相应模块,完成了综采面生产过程动态管理信息系统的总体设计。(2)本文通过分析大量三维建模的特点与方法提出了综采面生产过程模型——基于AutoCAD平台圆弧样条曲线生产过程建模法,将综采工作面生产过程模型化。同时,由生产实测新揭露的数据修正生产过程模型,精确指导综采面生产过程的动态进行。(3)本文依据已经构建的综采面真三维环境和生产过程模型,利用计算机算法知识构建综采面生产过程模型算法,为综采面实际生产过程的运行提供理论基础。(4)运用Access 2007数据库软件对综采面的数据进行管理,将综采面以一刀煤单元进行划分,有效实现综采面产量和回采率的实时监测,为产能控制提供新的解决途径。(5)基于构建的综采面生产过程演示模型,利用计算机模拟技术对工作面生产过程动态演示,提高综采面生产过程的可视化效果,采矿技术人员可以利用本模型对综采面生产过程实时指导,提高机械的利用率。同时,提高了综采面的可视化效果。形成的模型和系统有效促进了综采面的数字化、可视化、智能化的发展。

【Abstract】 The 13 th Five-Year Plan of Coal Industry defines the direction of future coal development.Digital mine technology has made significant breakthroughs.Coal enterprises need to change urgently.The information,digitization and internalization of coal mines are the general trend.In recent years,great breakthroughs have been made in automation and internalization of mechanical equipment in fully mechanized mining face.On this basis,many experts put forward the forming factors of digitized,intelligent and unmanned fully mechanized mining face.The traditional management mode of fully mechanized mining face can not fully meet the production needs.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of a large number of three-dimensional modeling and the structure of traditional production management system of fully mechanized mining face are compared and studied.The theory and technology of three-dimensional modeling,GIS theory,computer algorithm foundation,geostatistics,computer simulation technology,three-dimensional visualization technology,database management technology and other fields are comprehensively applied.By analyzing the characteristics ofthe production process of fully mechanized mining face,the author develops a fully mechanized mining face.Dynamic management system of production process.This system is based on AutoCAD 2014 platform,and uses Visual LISP language and Microsoft Access 2007 database,which are configured in the integrated development environment(IDE)of the CAD system.This paper has carried on the following level research and discussion:(1)Based on the real situation of fully mechanized mining face,the author constructs the true three-dimensional environment of fully mechanized mining face,designs the dynamic management information system of production process of fully mechanized mining face,and establishes a platform for the digitization,visualization and internalization of production management of fully mechanized mining face.In order to meet the needs of the production process of fully mechanized mining face,the corresponding modules are designed and developed,and the overall design of the dynamic management information system for the production process of fully mechanized mining face is completed.(2)By analyzing the characteristics and methods of a large number of three-dimensional modeling,the author puts forward a production process model of fully mechanized mining face,which is based on the AutoCAD platform arc spline curve production process modeling method,to model the production process of fully mechanized mining face.At the same time,the production process model is revised by the newly revealed data from the actual productionmeasurement,which can accurately guide the dynamic process of the production process of fully mechanized mining face.(3)According to the true three-dimensional environment and the production process model of fully mechanized mining face,the author constructs the computer algorithm,which provides the theoretical basis for the production process of fully mechanized mining face.(4)Applying Access 2007 database software to manage the data of fully mechanized mining face,dividing the fully mechanized mining face,realizing real-time monitoring of production and recovery rate of fully mechanized mining face through one-knife coal,effectively carrying out production control.(5)Based on the demonstration model of production process of fully mechanized mining face,the dynamic demonstration of production process of fully mechanized mining face is made by using computer simulation technology,and the visualization effect of production process of fully mechanized mining face is improved.Mining technicians can use this model to guide the production process of fully mechanized mining face in real time and improve the utilization rate of machinery.The visualization effect of fully mechanized mining face is improved,and the model and system formed promote the development of digitization,visualization and internalization of fully mechanized mining face.
