某型航空发动机电子控制器综合检测系统研制

【摘要】 航空发动机电子控制器综合检测系统主要用于电子控制器的地面试验,是实现航空发动机电子控制器全寿命管理的必须过程,主要分为模拟式电子控制器检测系统、数字式电子控制器检测系统、全权限电子控制器检测系统等。本课题涉及的模拟式电子控制器检测系统,主要用于对翻修后的某型航空发动机电子控制器进行性能测试。本课题完成了一套针对该型电子控制器的所有检测项目的测试系统,对国内逐步开始装备的数字式和全权限电子控制器检测系统的研究具有非常实际的工程应用意义。整个系统的研制涉及硬件电路设计、单片机程序设计以及上位软件设计,本人主要进行了全部硬件电路设计、部分单片机程序开发以及整体性能的验证测试。硬件系统按测试功能确定了整体架构,按照所有内外部接口数量并结合电路基础设计知识如模拟、数字信号分开等原则,确立九块功能电路板加一块接口电路板的硬件电路框架。在此基础上结合电子控制器测试的功能和精度要求,细化每个功能板块信号调理电路的设计。主要设计包括电源系统、开关量控制电路、传感器信号调理电路、转速及温度发生电路、电压测量电路、高速电磁阀信号处理电路及故障自检电路等。在设计过程中,对于电磁兼容问题主要采取了信号与电源和地分层布局布线、地层与电源层整体覆铜等措施抑制电磁干扰,电路板布局和布线时严格按照相关规范进行,在整机联调过程中信号完整性以及各项参数重复性、稳定性符合要求。为了更好的在地面模拟出电子控制器在空中工作的各项性能参数,设计了主要传感器的信号调理电路,用于模拟航空发动机的角度、转速、振动、温度、压力等信号,并根据对应的计算公式,计算电子控制器性能是否符合技术要求。电路设计及原理仿真主要用于设计信号调理电路及过程中的电路仿真,以提高设计质量和速度。本项目主要采用Cadence进行电路原理图及PCB图设计,采用Multisim进行仿真。嵌入式控制用于对电子控制器进行过程控制,主要包括基于I~2C总线的开关量控制、可编程数字电位器控制、数据采集卡控制。最后,本文给出了相关验证方法和结果,并对部分调试所遇到的问题和采取的方法做了详细的论述。目前该系统已在该型电子控制器测试中稳定使用。

【Abstract】 Aerial engine electronic controller integrated detection system is mainly used for the ground test of electronic controller,and it is a necessary process to realize the full-life management of Aero engine electronic controller.It is mainly divided into analog electronic controller detection system,digital electronic controller detection system,and full license electronic controller detection system.The simulated electronic controller detection system is mainly used to test the performance of a certain type of Aero engine electronic controller.This paper completes a test system for all the test items of this type of electronic controller,and it has practical application significance to the research of digital and full-license electronic controller detection system which is gradually started to be equipped in China.The development of the entire system involves hardware circuit design,single-chip computer programming,and upper software design.I mainly carried out all the hardware circuit design,part of the single-chip program development and the overall performance of the verification test.The hardware system determines the overall architecture according to the test function.According to the number of internal and external interfaces and the principle of combining the basic circuit design knowledge such as simulation and digital signal separation,the hardware circuit framework of nine functional circuit boards plus one interface circuit board is established.On the basis of this,the design of signal conditioning circuit of each functional plate is refined according to the function and precision requirements of electronic controller testing.The main designs include power supply system,switch quantity control circuit,sensor signal conditioning circuit,speed and temperature generation circuit,voltage measurement circuit,high-speed electromagnetic valve signal processing circuit and fault self-inspection circuit.In the design process,the main measures for electromagnetic compatibility problems are to adopt signal and power supply and ground layer layout wiring,formation and source layer copper coating and other measures to suppress electromagnetic interference,and circuit board layout and wiring strictly follow relevant specifications.The signal integrity and the repeatability and stability of the parameters meet the requirements in the process of the whole machine.In order to better simulate the performance parameters of the electronic controller working in the air on the ground,the signal conditioning circuit of the main sensor is designed to simulate the signals such as the angle,speed,vibration,temperature,and pressure of the Aero engine,and according to the corresponding calculation formula.Calculate whether the performance of the electronic controller meets the technical requirements.The circuit design and principle simulation are mainly used to design signal conditioning circuit and circuit simulation in the process to improve the design quality and speed.This project mainly uses Cadence for circuit diagram and PCB diagram design,and uses Multisim for simulation.Embedded control is used to control the process of the electronic controller,including switch quantity control based on the I2 C bus,programmable digital potentiometer control,and data acquisition card control.Finally,this paper gives the relevant verification methods and results,and discusses the problems encountered and the methods adopted in some debugging in detail.At present,the system has been used stably in this type of electronic controller test.
