加油站设备检维修自诊断系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 加油站设备品类繁多,设备运行状态瞬息万变,在这种情况下,末端运维人员及管理人员往往要花费大量的精力来记录、处理繁复的设备运转情况,而更上一级的管理人员往往更加难以准确的掌握设备运行的详细情况。如何提高加油站设备的运行效率,加快设备故障诊断及检维修处理流程,已成为公司目前提升竞争力的重要课题。近年来,随着信息技术的飞速发展及物联网技术的快速兴起,让加油站的设备都“走上网来”的想法变得触手可及。本课题以公司加油站设备管理的关键痛点需求为驱动入手,通过对数据传输模型、软件开发模型、数据库技术及大数据分析等理论的研究,与多家加油站设备供应厂商共同合作,提出了加油站设备检维修自诊断系统解决方案。方案以信息化、物联网技术为基础,以“大数据”分析为手段,对加油站设备进行升级改造,将所有的加油站设备接入到统一的检维修自诊断平台中来,实现了加油站设备运行的故障提前预警、维修实时跟踪、定量设备后评价分析等功能,真正实现了加油站设备的全生命周期、全过程管控,为加油站的稳定运行提供了有力的支撑。在本论文中,对此课题的研究过程进行了详细阐述,对系统各功能模块、数据传输协议、系统架构、网络拓扑的设计进行了详细阐述,最后通过联调试运顺利完成了系统的设计目标。通过本课题的实施,加油站设备管理得到了极大的提升。提高了基层运维一线工作人员的工作效率,为设备管理人员提供了详实的设备运行数据,对公司新建项目的设备选型和老旧设备的更新换代也提供了有力的数据支撑。
【Abstract】 There is a lack of effective means and tools in management to manage a large number of equipment in a unified way.Gas station equipment a wide range of equipment operating conditions are rapidly changing,in this case,the end of the operation and maintenance personnel and managers often have to spend a lot of effort to record,deal with the complex operation of equipment,and the higher level of managers often more difficult to accurately grasp the details of the operation of the equipment.How to improve the operation efficiency of gas station equipment,speed up equipment fault diagnosis and inspection and maintenance process has become an important issue for the company to enhance its competitiveness at present.In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology and the rapid rise of IoT technology,the idea of making gas station equipment "on the net" has become within reach.This topic starts with the key pain point demand of the company gas station Equipment management,and through the research of data transmission model,software development model,database technology and Big data analysis,and works with a number of gas station equipment suppliers,puts forward the solution of the self-diagnosis system of gas station equipment inspection and maintenance.The scheme takes the informationization,the Internet of things technology as the foundation,takes the "Big data" analysis as the means,carries on the upgrading to the gas station equipment,accesses all the gas station equipment to the unified inspection and maintenance self-diagnosis platform,realizes the station equipment operation fault early warning,the maintenance real-time tracking,the quantitative equipment post evaluation analysis and so on,The whole life cycle and the whole process control of the gas station equipment are realized,which provides a strong support for the stable operation of the gas station.In this thesis,the research process of this subject is described in detail,the design of each function module,data transmission protocol,System architecture and network topology of the system is described in detail,and finally the design goal of the system is successfully completed by the operation of the linked debugging.Through the implementation of this topic,gas station equipment management has been greatly improved.It has improved the work efficiency of the frontline staff of the grassroots operation and maintenance,provided the equipment management personnel with detailed equipment operation data,and also provided strong data support for the equipment selection and the upgrading of old equipment of the new project of the company.
