【摘要】 随着我国社会的持续发展与进步,学前教育水平已经达到一个新的高度,并受到全社会的关注。我国政府于2018年开始大力发展普惠性幼儿园,以期能够提高社会福利,做好幼儿阶段的启蒙教育,为祖国人才的培养打下坚实基础。当前,我国民办幼儿园数量日益增多,幼儿园教学质量与安全保障等方面参差不齐,设施设备安全管理方面存在诸多问题,导致儿童安全事故频频发生。本研究目的:基于民办幼儿园设施设备安全管理问题,结合社会福利满意度理论展开系统的论述与研究,为政府及教育行政部门达到社会福利满意度的目标要求,如何优化与完善民办幼儿园设施设备安全管理提出科学合理的对策建议。研究方法:本文选取C市30所民办幼儿园作为研究对象,运用问卷调查法、访谈调查法和现场观察法,来对民办幼儿园设施设备安全的建设情况与完善发展现状展开深入调研分析,结合国内外学者研究现状,运用统计学因子分析等实证方法进一步论证民办幼儿园在设施设备安全管理方面存在的主要问题及不合理之处。统计分析:数据运用SPSS19.0回归统计分析,对问卷数据进行信效度检验,检测系数为0.832,检测范围满意;通过KMO检验和因子分析确定各种设施设备安全维度,发现家长对于民办幼儿园的基础设施设备、教学活动器材、安保警戒设施以及消防设施设备四个方面满意度不高,运用福利满意度理论深层次分析引发社会不满意不和谐现象的原因,有针对性的提出民办幼儿园设施设备安全完善发展的合理化建议以及改进完善策略,包括以下四方面:提高对民办幼儿园设施设备安全管理的重视程度;加大对普惠性民办幼儿园资金的投入力度;多措并举保障民办幼儿园问责制有效落实;建立与健全民办幼儿园内部安全管理制度。民办幼儿园设施设备安全管理问题是社会福利化建设的一项系统工程,代表着政府、社会、家庭各个方面的福利满意度,针对民办幼儿园加强设施设备安全管理,不断完善幼儿教学、生活等设施设备,对于提高社会福利满意度有着重要意义。因此,民办幼儿园只有重视设施设备安全管理及完善工作,以幼儿安全为使命任务,才能够不断改善现状,为幼儿提供更加安全、可靠的学习及生活环境,在提高社会福利化水平的同时提高全社会满意度。总之,幼儿教育工作者、家长、全社会都应转变观念,响应社会福利化发展目标,高度重视幼儿安全教育和设施设备完善配置工作,提高全社会对幼儿教育的满意度,实现我国民办幼儿园长远、健康可持续发展的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous development and progress of our society,the level of preschool education has reached a new height and has received the attention of the whole society.In 2018,the Chinese government began to vigorously develop inclusive kindergartens in order to improve social welfare,improve the enlightenment education in early childhood,and lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of talents in the motherland.At present,the number of kindergartens in China is increasing,and the quality and safety of kindergartens are uneven.There are many problems in the safety management of facilities and equipment,resulting in frequent child safety accidents.Purpose of this study: Based on the safety management of facilities and facilities of private kindergartens,combined with the theory of social welfare satisfaction,the system discusses and studies how to achieve the goal of social welfare satisfaction for the government and the education administration,how to optimize and improve the safety management of private kindergarten facilities and equipment and reasonable countermeasures.Research methods: This paper selects 30 private kindergartens in C city as the research object,and uses questionnaire survey method,interview survey method and on-site observation method to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the construction and improvement of the facilities and equipment of private kindergartens.Scholars study the status quo,using statistical factor analysis and other empirical methods to further discover the main problems and unreasonable aspects of private kindergartens in the safety management of facilities and equipment.Statistical analysis: All data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 regression statistical analysis,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data were tested.The detection coefficient was 0.832,which was very satisfactory;Through KMO inspection and factor analysis to determine the safety dimension of various facilities and equipment,it is found that parents are not satisfied with the infrastructure equipment,teaching activity equipment,security alert facilities and fire safety equipment of private kindergartens.Using the theory of welfare satisfaction to deeply analyze the causes of social dissatisfaction and disharmony,and put forward the rationalization suggestions and improvement strategies for the safe and sound development of private kindergarten facilities,including the following four aspects: improving the safety of facilities for private kindergartens;increase the investment in the funds for inclusive private kindergartens;multi-pronged measures to ensure the effective implementation of the accountability system for private kindergartens;establish and improve the internal safety management system for private kindergartens.The safety management of facilities and equipment in private kindergartens is a systematic project of social welfare construction.It represents the welfare satisfaction of the government,society and families.It strengthens the safety management of facilities and equipment for private kindergartens,and constantly improves the facilities and equipment for children’s teaching and living.It is of great significance to improve the satisfaction of social welfare.Therefore,with the mission of child safety,private kindergartens only pay attention to the safety management and improvement of facilities and equipments,we can continuously improve the status quo,provide a safer and more reliable learning and living environment for young children,and improve the level of social welfare and social satisfaction.In short,early childhood educators,parents,and the whole society should change their concepts,respond to the development goals of social welfare,attach great importance to early childhood safety education and the perfect allocation of facilities and equipment,improve the satisfaction of the whole society in early childhood education,and realize the long-term goal and healthy sustainable development of our national kindergarten.更多还原
