超高分粘弹性聚合物性能分析及驱油体系设计

【摘要】 超高分粘弹性驱油体系是一种利用具有粘弹性的超高分聚合物的驱油性质驱油并可与表面活性剂及粘弹性颗粒驱油剂(PPG)复配的一种新型聚合物驱体系。其驱油机理是利用超高分聚合物的粘弹性效应来提高聚合物驱的驱油效率,可有效应用于聚合物驱后非均质油藏提高采收率。本文针对胜利油田某区块聚驱后油藏渗透率变大,储层变异系数增大,非均质性增强,剩余油分布更零散的油藏特点,利用室内实验和现场测试对粘弹性驱油体系进行优选。通过室内测试,对超高分聚合物的基本物化性能,如流变性质、增粘特性、粘弹特性、渗流特性以及驱油性能等进行了系统的评价。根据室内对于两种化学剂相互作用的实验结果,设计出了以超高分粘弹性聚合物为主体的新型高效二元复配驱油体系,并对该新体系进行了全面的性能评价;通过筛选PPG样品并对其悬浮性能、粘弹性能、注入性能、封堵性能和调整非均质性能进行了评价,设计出了以超高分粘弹性聚合物为主体的强化聚合物驱油体系。为了确定超高分粘弹性驱油体系的油藏适应性及可行性,进行了油藏敏感性分析。针对胜利油田某区块进行了试注,以确定粘弹性超高分聚合物的矿场增粘能力和矿场注入性能。通过对聚合物的油藏适应性进行评价,设计出了单井试注方案并给出了详细的监测方案。

【Abstract】 Ultra-high molecular weight viscoelastic polymer flooding system is one of the polymer flooding systems,which uses viscoelastic properties of ultra-high molecular weight polymer and can also compound with surfactant and PPG.The major displacement mechanism is to improve oil displacement efficiency of polymer flooding by using the ultra-high molecular weight polymer viscoelastic effects,which can be effectively applied to heterogeneous reservoir after polymer flooding to improve oil recovery.Based on the reservoir characteristics of the increasing permeability after polymer flooding,the increasing coefficient of variation,the increasing reservoir heterogeneity,and the more scattered distribution of remaining oil in a block of Shengli oilfield,viscoelastic flooding system is optimized by the laboratory experiment and field test.The basic physical and chemical property,increasing viscosity,viscoelasticity,rheological behavior,seepage and the displacement property of ultra-high molecular weight polymer are studied through the laboratory experiment.Based on the study of the interaction of surfactants and ultra-high molecular weight viscoelastic polymer,the binary compound flooding system of ultra-high molecular weight viscoelastic polymer is designed and the properties are evaluated.Through the screening of PPG samples and the evaluation of suspension property,viscoelastic peroperty,injection performance,plugging performance and adjusting the heterogeneous property,the reinforced polymer flooding system of ultra-high molecular weight viscoelastic polymer is designed.In order to determine the adaptation and feasibility of the reservoir of ultra-high molecular weight viscoelastic flooding system,the sensitivity analysis of the reservoir has been analyzed.Injection test is conducted according to a block of Shengli oilfield,in order to determine the field viscosifying capacity and injection property of ultra high molecular weight viscoelastic polymer flooding system.And the adaptability of polymer flooding reservoir has been evaluated.The single-well injection test program and a detailed monitoring program also have been designed.
