【摘要】 针对HC企业在提高企业产品设计创新和研发管理等方面的需求,在公司现有的产品数据管理系统数据传递的效率以及准确性无法满足日益增长的设计、生产、销售、售后等对数据完整性、更新及时性、查询便利性等工作需求的情况下,研究开发了适应企业战略发展,以全面提升企业信息化研发管理手段为目标的产品全生命周期管理系统(PLM),以技术数据的标准化推进PLM系统的创新性实施。论文主要的研究工作如下:(1)与企业产品研发战略相适应的技术研发体系研究。改善现有技术研发流程,结合企业实际情况,建立适合企业的高效、创新产品设计、工艺准备管理体系和技术档案管理体系,解决数据衔接问题,实现管理变革。(2)开展产品全生命周期过程中各环节数据信息的产生方式及类别进行研究。通过建立标准化的信息输入模板以及标准化的信息结构,打通企业产品从市场调研、立项、产品设计开发、产品及零部件试制、批量生产、销售及售后服务等全过程的工作过程管理。(3)以PLM系统为中心,建立并行设计模式的多系统并行工作平台。针对目前一物多码以及一码多物的问题,在产品各系统工作模块中分析部套件组成类别的规律性,建立适应产品结构的编码体系,同时开发连接PLM系统软件CAD、ERP的无缝借口,建设产品技术工作的并行工作平台。通过PLM系统规划统一的物料编码体系,在企业内部实现“一码到底”(贯穿业务始终)。(4)实现以零部件为核心、以产品结构为组织的BOM生成。通过研究分析产品结构特点以及零部件组成方式、用途,确定零部件分类方式,然后依照新的编码体系规则赋予零部件新的编码。在PLM系统的协同工作功能平台下,不同设计人员将各自数据信息完整的设计文件在同一工作任务下分别提交,PLM系统根据任务信息、零部件编码信息自动识别起所属产品,总而分层级自动搭建产品BOM结构。(5)搭建可扩展的企业级PLM信息系统集成构架,与CAD、ERP等应用系统实现集成,使PLM成为企业名副其实的设计研发管理平台及产品数据管理中心。通过展现国内最大的叉车制造企业HC企业产品生命周期管理系统的开发实施过程,能够为国内其他机械制造企业产品生命周期管理系统应用提供有价值借鉴作用。

【Abstract】 For HC enterprises to improve product design innovation and research and development management needs,in the company’s existing product data management system data transmission efficiency and accuracy can meet the growing of design,production,sales and after-sales service to the updated data integrity,timeliness,convenience such as work demand,research and development to adapt to the enterprise strategy development,to promote the enterprise information comprehensive management as the goal of full product lifecycle management(PLM)system,with the standardization of technical data to promote the innovative implementation of PLM system.The main research work is as follows:(1)Research on the technology research and development system suitable for the r&d strategy of enterprise products.Improve the existing technology research and development process,in combination with the practical situation of enterprises,establish a suitable for enterprise efficient,innovative product design,process management system and technical archives management system,solve the problem of data connection,realize the management change.(2)T o carry out research on the generation methods and categories of data information during the whole life cycle of products.By establishing the standardization information input template and standardization of information structure,through the enterprise products from market research,project,product design and development,product and components manufacture,production,sales and after-sales service,etc.The working process of the whole process of management.(3)Based on PLM system,a multi-system parallel working platform with parallel design mode was established.Aiming at the problems more yards and more than a yard,in the product each system module analysis suite of regularity of category,set up to adapt to the product structure of coding system,at the same time develop connection PLM system software of CAD,ERP seamless excuse,construction work product technology of parallel platform.Through PLM system planning uniform material coding system,internalimplementation throughout the business.(4)The production of BOM with components as the core and product structure as the organization.Through the research and analysis of the product structure characteristics and components and components,determine the classification of parts,and then give the parts new code according to the new coding system rules.In the work function of PLM system platform,different designers will each data information complete design documents submitted separately under the same task,PLM system according to the task information,spare parts,automatic identification of coded information on their products always build product BOM structure and hierarchical level automatically.(5)To build scalable enterprise PLM information system integration architecture,integration with applications such as CAD,ERP system implementation,make PLM genuine design research and development enterprise management platform and product data management center.By showing the nation’s largest HC forklift manufacturing enterprise product lifecycle management system development process,to other domestic machinery manufacturing enterprise of the product life cycle management system application provide valuable reference.
