【摘要】 我国经济正处于转型升级的重要时期,而开展工业遗产旅游是工业城市实现转型升级的重要方式之一,工业遗产旅游不仅能够保存工业遗产的历史、文化价值,与城市景观相融合,而且还能通过向服务业转型,创造新的经济增长点,推动产业结构升级。唐山工业是中国近现代工业的开端,经过近百年的发展与传承,唐山已积淀深厚的工业遗产旅游资源。从游客感知价值视角探讨旅游问题十分必要,为了满足游客在旅游中多样化的需求,工业遗产旅游的开发与发展应在原有思路的基础上,着重考虑游客的偏好,实现游客感知价值的最大化。因此本文对唐山工业遗产旅游游客感知价值进行评价,并根据评价提出相应的开发对策,增强唐山工业遗产旅游在全国的竞争力。首先,本文阐述了研究的背景、意义、国内外研究现状与述评、研究内容、研究方法以及相关相关概念及理论,为后续研究提供了坚实的理论基础。其次,对唐山市工业遗产旅游开发情况进行阐述,并构建了唐山工业遗产旅游游客感知价值的评价指标体系,随后根据上述指标体系设计成调查问卷,随机向游客发放并收集评价所需的相关数据。再次,运用熵权-模糊综合评价法对唐山工业遗产旅游游客感知价值进行综合评价,得出唐山工业遗产旅游游客感知价值总体及每一指标的相应得分;之后运用得出的相应结果进行IPA分析,总结出唐山工业遗产旅游亟需解决的问题。最后,根据上述对评价结果的分析,提出相应的唐山工业遗产旅游开发对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s economy is in an important period of transformation and upgrading,and the development of industrial heritage tourism is one of the important ways to achieve transformation and upgrading of industrial cities.Industrial heritage tourism can not only preserve the historical and cultural value of industrial heritage,but also integrate with the urban landscape,and create new economic growth points through the transformation to service industries.It promote the upgrading of industrial structure.Tangshan industry is the beginning of China’s modern industry.After nearly 100 years of development and inheritance,Tangshan has accumulated profound industrial heritage tourism resources.It is necessary to discuss tourism from the perspective of tourists’ perceived value.In order to meet the diversified needs of tourists in tourism,the development and development of industrial tourism should focus on the preference of tourists and realize the maximization of tourists’ perceived value on the basis of the original ideas.Therefore,from the perspective of tourists’ perceived value,this paper evaluates the industrial heritage tourism in Tangshan,and puts forward corresponding development countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of industrial heritage tourism in the country.Firstly,this paper expounds the background,significance,research status,review at home and abroad,research content,research methods,related concepts and theories,providing a solid theoretical basis for the follow-up study.Secondly,this paper expounds the general situation of the development of Tangshan industrial tourism,and constructs the evaluation index system of the perceived value of the tourists of Tangshan industrial heritage.Then,according to the above index system,a questionnaire is designed to randomly distribute and collect the relevant data for evaluation.Thirdly,the entropy weight-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the perceived value of Tangshan industrial heritage tourism tourists,and the overall perceived value of Tangshan industrial heritage tourism tourists and the corresponding scores of each index are obtained;then the corresponding results are used to further IPA analysis,and the conclusion is that Tangshan industrial heritage tourism needs to be solved urgently.The question of deciding.Finally,according to the above analysis of the evaluation results,the corresponding countermeasures of Tangshan industrial heritage tourism development are put forward.更多还原
