【摘要】 煤炭产业始终处在我国社会经济发展中的显著位置,在今后一定周期的发展进程中,煤炭产业依然会在我国经济发展中占据较为重要的位置。正是煤炭产业处于中国经济和社会发展的重要性,我国政府非常重视煤炭产业的健康化发展,并出台了诸多促进煤炭产业发展的政策文件。在十三五规划纲要中,经过无数次研究与论证之后,我国依然将煤炭等能源产业列为重点发展与调整的产业,同时我国已经基本形成了较为完整的煤炭焦化工业体系。坐落在华北地区的旭阳煤化工集团是全球最大的独立焦化集团。本文选题针对旭阳煤化工集团供应商风险评价与控制进行研究,主要内容如下:首先,在查阅大量前人相关研究文献的基础上,对本文的相关研究理论和方法进行了梳理,为后续内容的撰写奠定了坚实的理论基础。其次,从其供应商风险分析与识别现状进行分析,指出旭阳煤化工集团风险识别存在的问题以及改进的方向。再次,结合旭阳煤化工集团实际情况,制定出供应商的交货能力、双方合作,售前售后服务一级风险指标,其后在综合考虑各项因素的基础上,又细化了二级风险指标,形成系统的供应商风险评估指标体系,并对其127家供应商进行模糊算法分析,综合分析旭阳煤化工集团供应商存在的风险。最后,制定了旭阳煤化工集团供应商风险控制措施,包括风险控制的组织机构建设、技术风险控制、不同等级供应商风险控制、社会环境风险控制等方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 The coal industry has been playing an important strategic position in the development of China’s national economy.In the course of a certain period of development,the coal industry will still occupy a more important position in the economic development of our country.It is the importance that the coal industry is in China’s economic and social development.Our government attaches great importance to the healthy development of the coal industry,and has issued a number of policy documents to promote the development of the coal industry.In the plan of planning and planning in 13 th Five-Year,after numerous studies and argumentation,China still ranks the coal and other energy industries as the key development and adjustment industry.At the same time,our country has basically formed a more complete coal coking industrial system.Located in the North China Xuyang coal chemical group is the world’s largest independent coking group.The topic of this paper is to evaluate and control the supplier risk Xuyang coal chemical group was studied.The main contents are as follows:First of all,on the basis of reviewing relative literatures of previous researches,combed the relevant research theories and methods,and laid a solid theoretical foundation on this paper.Second,from analyzing the present situation and making the risk analysis of Xuyang coal chemical group supplier selection and recognition,point out Xuyang coal chemical group risk problems and improving direction,and using fuzzy algorithm research to making classify 15 suppliers.Thirdly,according to the actual situation of Xuyang coal chemical industry group,develop supplier delivery ability,cooperation,customer service service level pre-sale risk index,followed by comprehensive consideration of various factors,and refinement of the two indicators of risk,form the system of the supplier risk evaluation index system,and the 127 suppliers are fuzzy algorithm analysis,risk comprehensive analysis of Xuyang coal chemical group suppliers.Finally,making the Xu Yang coal chemical group supplier risk control measures,the organization building of the risk control,risk control technology,different levels of risk control,risk control social environment,etc.更多还原
