地铁直流供电系统模型及保护特性分析

【摘要】 近年来作为城市交通的重要组成部分的轨道交通在国内得到了大力发展,直流牵引供电系统的可靠运行对于轨道交通的安全运营至关重要,所以开展对直流供电系统的相关研究具有十分重要的意义。首先,论文对直流牵引供电系统进行详细研究,特别介绍等效24脉波整流机组工作原理。分析地铁24脉波整流机组的工作原理及多段线性外特性模型,用理想电压源内阻的戴维南等效电路代替直流牵引变电所建立数学模型,并通过广州地铁二号线现场测试24脉波整流机组外特性来验证该模型的准确性。其次,论文研究了直流牵引供电系统的保护配置原理,针对地铁客运高峰时段牵引供电系统直流馈线保护装置频繁过负荷跳闸的现象,为了保证高峰时段的牵引供电可靠性,在确认保护动作原因和不超过直流馈线开关过流极限值的前提下,采取增大直流开关大电流脱扣整定值,调整过电流保护整定值以及电流上升率di/dt,电流增量△I的相关保护参数的措施,使直流馈线的保护设置与牵引负荷电流峰值匹配。最后,论文分析了在现阶段直流保护整定值与牵引负荷电流匹配的前提下,考虑未来地铁发展,在增大行车密度与客流容量的情况下,给出直流馈线保护整定值能够调整的范围以及与变化的牵引负荷电流的匹配关系,给出匹配原则,可供类似工程做参考。通过对广州地铁二号线多个牵引供电所直流开关负荷电流测试与直流馈线保护整定值的匹配测试,验证匹配原则的可行性。结合近四年广州地铁二号线直流馈线开关柜保护报警或跳闸案例,针对地铁客运高峰时段牵引供电系统直流馈线保护装置频繁过负荷跳闸的现象,通过大小交路模式下的电客车取流测试,分析参数整定范围与电客车取流情况的配合关系,提出保护参数匹配的调整方法,为未来直流牵引系统的保护调整提供参考依据。
【Abstract】 In recent years,the rail transit in China has been rapidly developed as an important part of the urban traffic,and the reliablity to operation the DC traction power supply system plays a very important role in operating the rail traffic in safety.So it’s of a far-reaching influence to carry out a research related to dc power supply system.First,the paper studies the DC traction power supply system in detail,especially the working principle of the latest equivalent 24 pulse rectifier unit.It also has analyzed the 24 pulse rectifier unit’s work principle of subway and multiple linear external characteristic model,and established mathematical model by replacing DC traction substation with the Thevenin’s equivalent circuit which contains ideal voltage source resistance.Then,it verifies the accuracy of the model by the methods that the Guangzhou metro line 6 tests 24 pulse rectifier unit’s external characteristic in field.Secondly,this paper also introduces in detail the dc traction power supply system,the protection configuration principle of dc traction power supply system for metro passenger rush hour feeder protection device of the phenomenon of overload trip frequently,in order to guarantee the traction power supply reliability of the rush hour,in confirm the protection operation reasons and no more than the premise of dc feeder switch over current limit value,to increase the dc switch large current trip setting,adjust the over current protection setting value and the current rising rate di/dt and current increment of delta related measures of protection parameters,I make the dc feeder protection Settings and traction load current peak matching.At last,in dc current protection setting value and the traction load current matching under the premise of considering the future metro development,increase in traffic density and traffic capacity,under the condition of given dc feeder can adjust the scope of protection setting values and the matching relation between traction load current with changes,the matching principle,to provide reference for similar project.The matching test of dc switching load current of multiple traction power supply stations in guangzhou metro line 2 and dc feeder protection setting value is carried out to verify the feasibility of the matching principle.Combined with nearly four years of guangzhou metro line 2 dc feeder switchgear protect alarm or trip case,dc traction power supply system for metro passenger rush hour feeder protection device of the phenomenon of frequent overload trip,by size/road mode of electric buses for flow test,analysis of parameter setting range cooperate relationship,with the condition of electric buses take flow protection adjustment parameter matching method was proposed,for the future of dc traction system provided a reference for the protection of the adjustment.
