【摘要】 大连的工业有着百年的发展史,早在甲午战争时期已经出现了前清政府建设的军港,这应该是大连工业的鼻祖雏形。随着近年来房地的迅速开发及产业结构的调整,使得诸多工业厂区面临着搬迁或改造,老旧工业区成为城市升级改造及城市更新的对象之一。本课题重点对大连市现存的工业遗产现状概况进行了前期调研,选取大连机车厂为研究样本,通过公共空间主导的开发模式的实际案例来讨论工业遗产的保护利用问题,认为工业遗产是城市文化和生命载体的重要组成部分,它的更新和保护利用应融入到城市系统中,需要通过工业遗产的改造利用来带动城市区域的整体升级。本课题《城市中心区工业遗产保护与开发----以大连机车厂为例》属城市更新方法类研究,研究的侧重点是通过对工业遗产相关理论进行学习研究,对大连工业遗产的现状进行梳理,从城市中心区工业遗产特点及责任与使命的角度进行分析,立足大连机车厂发展历程和现状概况,提出适合大连机车厂保护利用的方法和途径。期待通过公共空间主导设计手法对城市中心区的工业遗产用地的保护利用提供一种参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dalian has a history of century industrial development.The earliest period in the Sino-Japanese War.With the rapid development of Real estate and the adjustment of industrial structure,many industry factories faced with relocation or renovation.Industrial heritage gradually becomes the main object of urban renewal.The article studies the present situation of the industrial heritage in Dalian.The article also studies the industrial heritage cases of comprehensive development method and open space development method,in order to discuss the industrial heritage protection.Industrial heritage is an important part of urban culture and life support.It should be integrated into the urban systems and boost the overall upgrading of urban areas.更多还原
