液压转向齿轮泵综合性能试验台的研制

【摘要】 在装备制造业快速发展的今天,液压产品已广泛应用于各种领域。由于液压元件在设备中属于动力与控制元件,其性能是液压系统及主机设备稳定和可靠运行的重要保障。本课题研究的液压转向齿轮泵为各种工程车辆提供液压动力转向的动力,其性能影响车辆的转向动作及稳定性,关系到驾驶人员的生命安全,因此液压转向齿轮泵的性能非常重要,人们对液压转向齿轮泵性能试验的测试系统提出更高要求。本课题来源于企业内部合作项目液压转向齿轮泵综合性能试验台。本文通过对照国家及行业标准,分析了试验项目,总结了试验项目要求,进行了液压原理设计。设计思路:将被试液压转向齿轮泵作为动力源纳入试验回路中,使用插装溢流阀、比例溢流阀作为负载,模拟被试泵的实际工况,以达到检测其真实性能的目的。测控系统采用了变频器、自动控制、传感器等技术,制定了以PLC为控制中心,使用工控机、触屏显示器等硬件的测控方案。此试验台实现了计算机自动控制,并对检测项目实现了单项自动和手动测试的分项目测试,又可以自动连续测试试验项目,计算机数据采集处理软件采用Windows平台,具备数据采集、处理、输出、打印、绘制图形、管理数据等功能。针对不同转速和不同试验压力的项目要求,对电动机转速的变频器控制和控制系统压力的比例溢流阀的控制采用了PID闭环控制,实现了项目的测试功能及精度要求。面对在制造和调试过程中出现的问题,例如流量检测、油液污染及电磁干扰等问题,进行了认真细致的分析,提出了相应的解决方案。研制出的液压转向齿轮泵综合性能试验台,在实际使用过程中,达到了设计要求,满足用户的实际需求。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of equipment manufacturing today,hydraulic products have been widely used in various fields.As hydraulic components are power and control components in equipment,their performance is an important guarantee for the stable and reliable operation of hydraulic system and main engine equipment.This topic research the hydraulic steering gear pump to provide all kinds of engineering vehicle hydraulic power steering dynamics,the influence of vehicle steering performance and stability,related to the life safety of the driver,so the performance of the hydraulic steering gear pump is very important,people to test the hydraulic steering gear pump performance test system put forward higher requirements.This topic is derived from the enterprise internal cooperation projects hydraulic steering gear pump comprehensive performance test bed.In this article,through contrast national and industry standards,and analyzes the test project,summarizes the project requirements,to design the hydraulic principle.Design concept: the participants hydraulic steering gear pump as the power source into the test loop,using plug-in relief valve,proportional relief valve as a load,simulating the actual working condition of the subjects pump,in order to achieve the purpose of testing its real performance.The measurement and control system adopts the technology of frequency conversion,automatic control and sensor,and sets up the measurement and control scheme of PLC as the control center,using the computer control machine and the touch screen display.This test bench has realized the computer automatic control and testing project implements single automatic and manual test and automatic test pilot project in a row,computer data collection and processing software using the Windows platform,with data collection and processing,printing,graphic drawing and other functions.In the face of problems in manufacturing and debugging,such as flow detection,oil pollution and electromagnetic interference,a careful analysis is carried out,and corresponding solutions are proposed.The hydraulic steering gear pump comprehensive performance test bed,in actual use process,meet the design requirements,meet the needs of users.
