【摘要】 近些年来,伴随着城市化的进程和文化事业的发展,文化建筑综合体这一建筑类型的建设也逐渐进入高速发展时期。各级城市(特别是中小城市)通过多场馆集中建设,形成一定规模的文化建筑群。这类建筑通常为两种或两种以上的不同属性的文化功能进行有机的组合,在建筑形态上通过一座单体建筑或一组紧凑的建筑群体来完成,且大多被纳入城市更新、新区发展和中心区形象展示的计划中。正因为如此,文化建筑综合体除了自身的文化功能以外,还承载了展示城市或地区特色的重要作用,发掘这类建筑的地域性设计策略就显得尤为必要。本文致力于明晰文化建筑综合体和地域性建筑理论的相关概念、理论和发展历程,结合各国家、地区的实践案例和自身的项目经历,归纳文化建筑综合体的地域性设计策略,以供同行们借鉴和参考。本文主要从以下几个方面来探讨文化建筑综合体的地域性设计:第一部分为提出问题,即第一章绪论部分,简要阐述了选题背景、目的与意义、国内外研究现状、研究对象与方法,并解释了文化建筑综合体和地域性相关概念。第二部分为分析问题,即第二章,概述文化建筑综合体的定义、发展、类型和特征,并对地域性相关概念进行了探讨,同时研究了地域主义的发展历程和相关建筑实践,并对地域性设计相关理论进行了简要介绍。第三部分为解决问题,即第三章至第五章,通过前文的梳理和总结,结合国内外相关实践案例和自身若干个项目经历,进行归纳分类,选择从环境、文化、技术三个方面对文化建筑综合体的地域性设计策略进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the development of urbanization and cultural undertakings,the construction of cultural complex,a type of building,has gradually entered a period of high-speed development.Cities at all levels(especially small and medium-sized cities)have formed a certain scale of cultural buildings through multi-venue centralized construction..This kind of building is usually an organic combination of two or more cultural functions with different attributes,in architectural form,it is completed by a single building or a group of compact building groups,and most of them are included in the plans of urban renewal,new district development and image display of central district.Because of this,apart from its own cultural functions,the cultural building complex also bears the important role of displaying the characteristics of cities or regions,and it is necessary to explore the regional design strategies of this kind of building.This thesis is committed to clarifying the related concepts,theories and development process of cultural complex and regional theory,and combining the practical cases of various countries and regions and our own project experience,summarizes the regional design strategies of cultural complex,in order to provide reference.This thesis mainly discusses the regional design of cultural complex from the following aspects:The first part is to raise questions,that is the first chapter,the introduction part,which briefly expounds the background,purpose and significance of the topic,the research status at home and abroad,research objects and methods,and explains the concepts of cultural complexes and regionality.The second part is to analyze the problem,that is the second chapter,summarizes the definition,development,types and characteristics of cultural complex,discusses the related concepts of regionalism,studies the development process of regionalism and related architectural practices,and briefly introduces the related theories of regional design.The third part is to solve the problems,that is the third chapter to the fifth chapter,through the combing and summarization of the previous article,combining domestic and foreign relevant practice cases and several own project experiences,to conduct inductive classification,and dicussing the regional design strategies of cultural complex from the aspects of environment,culture and technology.更多还原
