【摘要】 为及时获取青海省的国民经济运行情况,需要对省内宏观经济指标数据和相应行业数据进行采集、共享和应用,从而及时根据工业发展情况、国民经济运行、一二三产业发展和投资、消费、贸易等数据进行综合分析和对比分析,掌握相关产业的发展动向,了解企业生产经营信息,为政府、企业制定产业政策提供数据之策,为领导的决策提供依据。本文针对青海省相关政府部门对省内第一、二、三产业的企业信息进行收集、统计和分析的需求,运用软件工程的基本方法,设计并实现了基于Web的工业企业数据采集平台,实现了企业直报、数据服务和系统管理等服务,从而有效的将信息采集、数据查询、统计分析、决策支持等方面整合在一起,提高服务效能。工业企业数据采集平台基于JaveEE开发,应用MVC设计模式将表示逻辑与业务逻辑分离,页面采用JSP技术实现。模块开发使用Spring、Struts技术,采用Hibernate技术封装映射Oracle 11g数据库。最后,通过Load Runner等测试工具完成测试并上线,为平台用户提供相关的服务。通过建立和应用基于Web的工业企业数据采集平台,为青海省相关管理部门搭建了一个统一组织、整合数据和利用数据的平台,从而实现企业信息在省级的有效利用和全面共享,为青海省经济管理以及各企业提供信息共享服务,为省经济运行调控领导决策提供数据支撑,推动青海省经济快速的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to obtain the national economic operation of Qinghai Province in time,it is necessary to collect,share and apply the data of macroeconomic indicators and corresponding industry data in the province,so as to timely according to the industrial development,the national economy,the development and investment,Trade and other data comprehensive analysis and comparative analysis,to grasp the development trend of related industries,to understand the production and operation of information for the government,enterprises to develop industrial policy to provide data for the decision-making basis for the leadership.In this paper,the relevant government departments in Qinghai Province to the province of the first,second and third industry enterprise information collection,statistics and analysis needs,the use of software engineering management and development ideas,the use of the current mainstream technology development tools,design and implementation Web-based industrial enterprise data acquisition platform to achieve the enterprise direct reporting,data services and systems management services,so as to effectively information collection,data query,statistical analysis,decision support and other aspects of integration,improve service efficiency.Industrial enterprise data acquisition platform based on JaveEE development,application MVC design pattern will be logical and business logic separation,the page using JSP technology.Module development using Spring,Struts technology,using Hibernate technology package mapping Oracle 11 g database.Finally,through the Loadrunner and other test tools to complete the test and on-line,for the platform to provide users with related services.Through the establishment and application of Web-based industrial enterprise data acquisition platform for the relevant departments of management in Qinghai Province to build a unified organization,integration of data and the use of data platform,in order to achieve enterprise information at the provincial level of effective use and comprehensive sharing,Economic management and enterprises to provide information sharing services for the provincial economic operation to control the leadership decision-making to provide data support to promote the rapid economic development in Qinghai Province.更多还原
