S公司设备管理信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 在S公司体制不断深化的过程中,信息化建设迎来了新的发展契机。在当前市场竞争日益激烈的情况下,提高设备的管理水平,规范管理流程,实现成本控制,越来越重要。由于S公司的设备管理系统发展相对缓慢,在工作管理,特别是设备管理过程需要大量的审批手续,维护设备时消耗了检修人员大量的时间和精力,审批流程相对复杂,管理费用居高不下。因此,需要进行设备信息的统一维护管理,以便提高公司设备管理的效率和水平,降低公司运营成本。本文通过分析和研究公司设备信息管理的实际情况以及使用相关软件开展设备监管工作的情况,然后归纳适合S公司的设备管理思想以及发展方向,总结目前系统所存在的问题;系统借助于J2EE开发平台进行开发工作,通过组合框架的方法去处理系统业务逻辑,从而提升系统的标准化以及模块化;本文主要开展了下面这些工作:(1)通过B/S框架模式完成公司设备管理系统的开发,主要通过多层模式来完成系统设计,并且对于系统实际设计和开发的过程中,综合分析多层模式所具有的优势和作用,利用MVC设计模式展开系统的开发。(2)该系统主要借助于Java语言来完成系统的程序编写;通过软件工程理论实现管理系统生命周期,同时实现系统主要功能模块的模型构建任务;将系统划分为总账管理、点检管理、故障管理、维修管理以及系统管理等五个主要功能模块。(3)为了能够增强建设公司设备管理系统所具有的扩展能力,通过组件技术实现部分模块的设计,从而显著增强公司设备管理和监管过程中的透明度以及规范性。当前系统已经在S公司内部得到应用。根据系统使用情况能够发现,公司设备管理信息系统可以有效完成设备监管的工作,并且还能够为将来业务的拓展提供支持。系统可以高效的响应客户端发出的操作情况,可以完成用户对于系统的各方面需求。通过实施该项系统,可以有效推动公司设备监管效率的提升,从而改善公司内部设备管理的质量和水平。

【Abstract】 In the system deepening process of S company,information technology ushered in a new opportunity for development.In the current increasingly competitive market circumstances,improve the management level of equipment,standardized management processes to achieve cost control,more and more important.Since S’s device management system development is relatively slow,work management,particularly device management process requires a lot of examination and approval procedures,maintenance equipment maintenance personnel consumed a lot of time and effort,the approval process is relatively complex,high management costs.Therefore,the need for unified management of equipment maintenance information,in order to improve the efficiency and level of equipment management company,reducing the company’s operating costs.Through analysis of the actual situation and research company equipment,and use of information management software to carry out supervision of the device,and then summed up the company’s equipment for S management thinking and direction of development,summed up the problems of the current system;the system by means of J2 EE development platform development work,through a combination of methods to deal with the framework of the business logic system,so as to enhance standardization and modularity of the system;this paper carried out the following work:(1)complete the development of company equipment management system by B / S frame mode,mainly through multi-layer pattern to complete the system design,and practical for the system design and development process,a comprehensive analysis of multi-mode has advantages and functions,expand the use of MVC design pattern development system.(2)The system is mainly to complete the system by means of the Java language programming;manage system life cycle software engineering theory,while achieving a model system main modules build tasks;the system is divided into general ledger management,inspection management,fault management,maintenance management and system management,and other five major functional blocks.(3)In order to enhance the company’s expansion of capacity-building equipment management system has realized through the design of the module assembly technology to significantly enhance the company’s device management and regulatory process transparency and normative.The current system has been applied within the S Corporation.According to system usage can be found,the company equipment management information system can effectively complete equipment supervision work,and also to provide support for future business expansion.The system can efficiently respond to operation of client issues,you can complete the user demand for various aspects of the system.Through the implementation of the system that can effectively promote the company’s equipment to enhance regulatory efficiency,thereby improving the quality and level of internal device management.
