自主紧急制动系统测试评价方法研究

【摘要】 日趋成熟的汽车电控技术和日益严格的汽车安全法规要求,共同推动了主动安全技术的快速发展,使得先进驾驶辅助系统(Advanced Driver Assistance Systems,ADAS)的应用日渐增多。汽车自主紧急制动系统(Autonomous Emergency Braking system,AEB)因其能够直接通过制动实现避撞或减缓碰撞速度的特性,成为主动安全研究和ADAS产品研发的一个热点领域。测试评价作为汽车研发过程中重要的一环,贯穿于整个研发周期,因此非常有必要对适用于AEB系统研发过程中的测试评价方法进行分析研究。本文以适用于车辆AEB系统开发过程的测试评价方法为研究目标,分析了国内外现有测试评价方法,研究了AEB系统的工作原理,建立了包含纵向动力学模型、逆纵向动力学模型和毫米波雷达模型的车辆仿真模型,并验证了车辆纵向动力学模型的准确性。通过试验与仿真相结合的研究方式,提出了适用于AEB系统研发验证阶段的场地测试方案和适用于雷达选型的虚拟测试评价方法。本文的创新点主要包括以下三个方面:1)针对当前AEB系统场地测试方法中遇到的突出问题,本文有针对性地提出了基于Euro-NCAP实车场地测试规程的改进方案,包括两点补充:○1增加毫米波雷达识别成功率和避撞成功率两个参数为AEB系统性能的评价量;○2增加避撞后的最小车间距为评价性能优劣的参考。2)对单车道前后两车交通场景进行了理论分析,提出了三种适用于AEB系统性能评价的新测试工况,分别为:CCRb-(Car-to-Car Rear brake minus)、CCRa(Car-to-Car Rear acceleration)和CCRb+(Car-to-Car Rear brake plus)。3)利用装备有AEB系统的车辆模型,针对三种不同探测距离的雷达,分别按照Euro-NCAP标准测试规程和本文所提出的测试工况、评价参数,在虚拟仿真环境中评价了AEB系统的性能。一方面测试了新建测试工况的有效性,另一方面也探讨了雷达探测距离对AEB系统性能的影响。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of active safety technology,and the application of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems(ADAS)products,the Autonomous Emergency Braking system(AEB)has become a hotspot in active safety research and ADAS product development because of its ability to avoid collision or slow down the collision speed directly through braking.As an important part of the automobile research and development process,the test and evaluation runs through the whole research and development cycle,so it is very necessary to analyze the test and evaluation method suitable for the development of AEB system.This paper stuided the test and evaluation methods that applied in vehicle AEB system development process.The existing evaluation methods of AEB system were analyzed,and the working principle of AEB system is studied.Then a vehicle model was established,including longitudinal dynamic model,inverse longitudinal dynamic model and millimeter wave radar model.Also the accuracy of the model was verified.At last,by using the combination of experiment and simulation,the site test scheme and the virtual test evaluation method suitable for radar selection in AEB system was put forward.The innovation of this paper mainly includes the following three aspects:1)In view of the outstanding problems encountered in the current AEB system test method,this paper has proposed an improved scheme based on Euro-NCAP test method,including two points: ○1 adding two parameters,including the millimeter wave radar recognition success rate and the collision success rate,for the AEB system performance evaluation;○2 increasing the minimum distance of two vehicles as the evaluation reference of AEB system performance.2)The paper analyzes the typical traffic conditions of the two vehicles in single lane,and puts forward three new test cases for the performance evaluation of AEB system: CCRb-(Car-to-Car Rear brake minus),CCRa(Car-to-Car Rear acceleration)and CCRb +(Car-to-Car Rear brake plus).3)The paper have evaluated the AEB system by using the vehicle model equipped three different range radars.In the virtual simulation,the evaluating rules consist of Euro-NCAP protocol,two new evalution parameter and three new test case.
