基于熵权的老年人生活能力评估方法研究

【摘要】 目前,在当今社会人口老龄化程度急剧增多,因为失能导致的老年人生活健康问题在老年人健康问题中逐渐被广泛关注,而我国在评估老年人失能问题上也投入了大量的人力物力资源,我国各大养老护理机构多采用2013年中国民政部发布的老年人能力评估量表,该评估方法主观性严重,现急需建立一套客观科学的老年人生活能力评估体系。因此,利用专业评估设备对老年人生理参数、肢体运动能力、肌肉力量和语言交流能力分别进行检测分析,研究出一种量化客观的评估方法尤为重要。在此背景下,本文利用利用便携式人体生理记录测试仪、Kinect行为分析仪、肌力测试仪、语言交流测试仪所测得的数据对老年人的各个部分进行检测分析,提出了一种基于熵权的老年人生活能力评估模型并验证其可信度。首先,依据国际功能、残疾和健康分类(ICF)标准,筛选出对老年人生活能力影响较大因素,并结合日常生活建立客观的老年人生活能力评估指标体系。其次,根据建立的老年人评估指标体系,利用便携式人体生理记录测试仪、Kinect行为分析仪、肌力测试仪、语言交流测试仪等专业设备对老年人进行检测和数据的分析处理,从而为评估方法的研究提供量化标准与数据支持。再次,以建立老年人生活能力评估指标体系与专业设备检测的数据为基础,来研究新的评估方法。该方法融合了专家调查法、熵权法与模糊综合评价法,根据专家调查法和熵权法来评估各指标对老年人生活能力的影响程度,并依据老年测试者的测试数据,通过模糊综合评价法来对老年测试者的生活能力进行综合评估。最后,将本文提出基于熵权的老年人生活能力评估模型与基于AHP-模糊综合的老年人生活能力评价模型和基于主成份模糊综合对老年人生活能力评价模型进行实例验证,证明了该评估模型的准确性和可靠性,并且编写了以LabVIEW为基础的老年人生活能力评估系统,使老年人得到更专业、准确、全面的服务。
【Abstract】 At present,the degree of population aging has increased dramatically.Because of the loss of ability to lead the life and health of the elderly in the elderly health problems have gradually been widely concerned.In our country,we also put a lot of manpower and material resources on the assessment of the old people losing their ability.it is urgent to establish a set of scientific and objective evaluation system for the elderly.Therefore,The physiological parameters,limb movement capability,muscle strength and verbal communication ability of the elderly were detected and analyzed by professional evaluation equipment,It is very important to study a kind of objective evaluation method.Under this background,this paper use the specialized equipment for the elderly life ability were detected,and the data analysis,put forward an elderly ability evaluation based on entropy weight model,and its reliability was verified.First of all,according to the international classification of functioning,disability and health(ICF)standards,Screening out the factors that influence the life ability of old people,And combined with daily life to establish an objective evaluation index system of the elderly living ability.Secondly,the use of professional equipment for the elderly to detect,and the detection of data analysis and processing,This provides a quantitative standard and a data support for the research of assessment method.Thirdly,the assessment method is researched which is based on the assessment index system and the experimental data,This method combines the expert investigation method,the entropy weight method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,According to the expert investigation method and entropy weight method to evaluate the influence degree of each index on the living ability of the old people,And according to the test data of the elderly,The comprehensive evaluation of the living ability of the aged people was evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,taking the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on principal component and AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model as an example,compared with the model proposed in this paper,the accuracy and reliability of the evaluation model is verified,development of ability evaluation system for the elderly.
