【摘要】 职业教育校企合作是一项涉及政府、社会、企业和学校的一个复杂系统工程。校企合作就是充分地将企业的资源融入到学校的教学之中,由学校和企业共同地培养具备高素质技能的人才。校企合作是职业教育的一个基本特征,是国内外职业院校办学的主要模式。我国职业教育校企合作研究起步较晚,现状并不是很乐观。总的来说就是在校企合作实施的过程中,出现了职业院校积极性较高,而企业积极性却不是很高。弄清楚此问题的根源所在,提出一些具有理论与实际意义的建议是函待解决的问题。本文介绍了国外校企合作的先进模式,通过针对天津市部分中职院校教工和部分企业管理者开展校企合作实际情况的调查了解,总结出天津市中等职业学校企合作所存在的问题:企业对校企合作的漠视,合作企业对学生重视率低,毕业生进入合作企业后离职率较高,中职院校受到高职院校排挤,中职院校学生实践能力缺乏、中等职业院校教学中存在专业不适应市场需求、偏重理论教学等问题。针对以上所提出的问题,从政府、企业和学校三个方面分别给出了校企合作发展的建议:在政府层面,要完善相关的政策体系,增强在合作中的指导作用,为校企合作平台的建立创造积极的条件,进一步加大校企合作的资金投入,进一步加强对校企合作的宣传;在学校层面,要优化专业设置与师资队伍建设,与企业共建校内外实习基地,转变教学方式,提高教学质量;在企业层面,要积极参与中等职业学校的教学,与学校联合建立实习基地,下订单解决就业问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 The school enterprise cooperation in vocational education is a complex system engineering involving government,society,enterprise and school.School enterprise cooperation is to fully integrate the resources of the enterprise into the teaching of the school,the school and the enterprise to cultivate high-quality talents.School enterprise cooperation is one of the basic characteristics of vocational education,and is the main mode of vocational schools in China and foreign countries.The research on the school enterprise cooperation of Vocational Education in our country starts late,and the current situation is not very optimistic.Generally speaking,in the process of the implementation of the school enterprise cooperation,there is a higher enthusiasm of vocational colleges,but the enthusiasm of enterprises is not very high.Find out the root of the problem,put forward some theoretical and practical significance of the proposal is to solve the problem.This paper introduces the abroad advanced university-enterprise cooperation mode.This article through some of TianJin vocational schools faculty and part of the enterprise managers university-enterprise cooperation to understand actual situation investigation,summed up the Tianjin city cooperation problems: ignoring the enterprise to enterprise cooperation and vocational students received little attention in the recruitment process,students’ low moral education and occupation moral quality,vocational colleges by extrusion of higher occupation education,professional do not meet the market demand,focus on theoretical teaching of teaching in secondary occupation colleges.Aiming at the above-mentioned problems,from three aspects of government,enterprise and school enterprise cooperation are given development proposals: at the government level,to perfect the related policy system,strengthen the guiding role in cooperation,to create positive conditions for the establishment of school enterprise cooperation platform,to further increase the cooperation funds,further to strengthen cooperation and propaganda;at the school level,to optimize the professional setting and the construction of teachers team,and enterprises to build a campus internship,change teaching methods,improve teaching quality;at the enterprise level,to participate in the medium occupation school teaching,to establish a joint training base and school,order to solve the problem of employment.更多还原
