【摘要】 数字张家口旅游地理信息系统利用张家口市地理信息公众服务平台提供的地图数据服务资源,把张家口地图资源集成到本系统中。把张家口全市范围内旅游相关的旅行社、景区、餐馆、酒店等与地理位置相关的信息用图文并貌的方式,为游客提供二维电子地图,全方位展示张家口的自然风貌和历史文化景观,为游客安全、方便的出游提供了科学工具,为张家口的旅游宣传提供了可视化宣传平台,为旅游管理部门提供旅游管理功能。通过查找文献,参考国内外数字城市建设成果,以及与原有旅游信息系统的对比,笔者对现有旅游信息系统做了游客订景区门票、订酒店房间、订旅行社业务、投诉维权的业务流分析。通过分析,笔者提出了现有旅游信息系统存在的问题,并从游客、旅游服务企业、旅游管理部门三个方面做了需求分析、业务流分析、数据流分析,在游客这一方面做了重点分析,对游客最关注的三维、路径分析系统、支付系统、救援系统、反馈系统四个系统模块做了业务流分析、数据流分析,在订景区、订酒店、订旅行社、投诉、救援、支付几个方面和原有旅游信息系统流程对比有了很大的改进。笔者在系统分析的基础上进行了系统实现和功能实现,对旅游地理信息系统进行了详细设计和功能设计,实现了旅游资源的图形化、可视化管理与分析,全面提升张家口旅游管理与服务水平,最后提出了系统实施的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Digital Zhangjiakou tourism geographic information system based on the map data service resources provided by the Zhangjiakou city geographic information public service platform,integration of Zhangjiakou map resources into the system.The scope of the city of Zhangjiakou tourism travel agencies,scenic spots,restaurants,hotels and other location related information and using graphics and appearance way,provide two dimensional electronic map for visitors,showing the natural features of Zhangjiakou and the historical and cultural landscape,to provide the function of Tourism Management for the Tourism Management Department.By looking up the literature,reference to the achievements of digital city construction at home and abroad.Through the comparison with the tourism information system,I do a business flow analysis on the system in terms of booking scenic tickets,booking hotel room,booking travel agency business,the complaint rights.Put forward the existing problems of the tourism information system,I do the needs analysis,business flow analysis,date flow analysis on the digital Zhangjiakou tourism geographic information system in terms of tourists,tourism service enterprises,tourism managers.Focus on the analysis from the point of view of tourists,in the booking scenic tickets,the booking hotel room,the booking travel agency business,the complaint rights,rescue and payment aspects,there is great improvement.Because I do the business flow analysis,date flow analysis on the 3D analysis,path analysis system,payment system,rescue system,feedback system.On the basis of the system analysis,the system realization and function realization are carried out.Detailed design and functional design of the digital Zhangjiakou tourism geographic information system,the realization of the tourism resources of graphics,visualization management and analysis,enhance Zhangjiakou tourism management and service level.Finally,I put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of the system.更多还原
