食用菌生产物联网在线监控系统的构建与应用

【摘要】 随着信息技术的不断发展,物联网技术应运而生,目前物联网技术在各行各业中都得到了极大程度的发展,农业物联网技术也随之发展起来。将物联网技术运用到温室大棚种植模式中,研发高效稳定的监控系统,改变传统的依靠人工经验种植管理模式,在作物生长过程中实现自动化、半自动化种植模式,实现远程监测自动控制作物生长环境,对于我国的现代化农业发展起到非常重要的作用。我国是较早开展食用菌产业的国家,然而我国多年来栽培食用菌始终处于传统方式,在食用菌产业上应用物联网技术的起步也较晚。玉木耳是由吉林农业大学李玉院士团队经过杂交改良后选育出的稳定遗传的优质高产新品种,玉木耳不仅外表诱人,口感及营养也极佳。但是由于玉木耳问世时间不久,研究时间不长,利用物联网技术栽培玉木耳的经验尚显不足,本文将基于这种情况,构建一套以玉木耳生产为例的食用菌生产物联网在线监控系统,在本系统中将根据玉木耳的生长习性,以及环境条件,设计符合玉木耳生长的物联网监控系统。本文首先分析了物联网技术在食用菌产业上的发展情况,将食用菌物联网技术应用于玉木耳生产中,以及目前国内外的食用菌物联网研究现状。基于现在应用于食用菌产业上的物联网技术的研究现状,分析物联网技术在食用菌产业上的优势及特色,阐述物联网技术的概念以及若干关键技术。系统需求分析中详细阐述了玉木耳的生长环境条件,并根据玉木耳的生长特点,分析玉木耳生长的环境预警值,包括温度、湿度、光照、二氧化碳等。系统设计基于ZigBee技术,组建无线传感网络,最终实现对玉木耳生长的全程实时监控。系统经过安装调试,目前实现在温室大棚内栽培玉木耳对环境的检测与控制功能,系统运行状态良好。本系统针对玉木耳生长环境进行精准控制,设备成本低、功耗低、适应性强、操作简便,具有推广使用的前景。

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of information technology,the Internet of Things technology came into being.Currently,the Internet of Things technology has developed to a great extent in all walks of life,and agricultural internet of things technology has also developed along with it.Applying the Internet of Things technology to greenhouse greenhouse planting mode,researching and developing an efficient and stable monitoring system,changing the traditional management mode of relying on artificial experience,realizing automatic and semi-automatic planting mode in the process of crop growth,realizing remote monitoring and automatic control of crop growth environment for China’s modern agricultural development has played a very important role.China is an earlier country that develops edible fungus industry.However,China has been cultivating edible fungi for many years and it has always been in the traditional way.The application of IoT technology in the edible fungus industry started late.Jade Fungus is a stable,high-quality,high-yield new breed that has been selected by the team of Li Yu’s academician at Jilin Agricultural University after crossbreeding and improvement.It not only looks attractive,but also excellent taste and nutrition.However,due to the short time before the advent of it,the research time is not long,and the experience of using the Internet of Things technology to cultivate fungus is still insufficient.This article will be based on this situation,build an on-line monitoring system for edible fungus production IOT with Jade Fungus production as an example.In this system,according to the growth habits of Jade Fungus,and the environmental conditions,an Internet of Things monitoring system that is in line with the growth of Jade Fungus will be designed.This article first analyzes the development of the Internet of Things technology in the edible fungus industry,applies the edible fungus internet technology to the production of Jade Fungus,and the current research status of edible fungus internet at home and abroad.Based on the research status of the Internet of Things technology that is currently used in the edible fungus industry,the advantages and characteristics of the Internet of Things technology in the edible fungi industry are analyzed,and the concept of the Internet of Things technology and several key technologies are described.In the system requirement analysis,the growth environment conditions of the fungus were described in detail.According to the growth characteristics of the fungus,the early warning value of the growth of the fungus was analyzed,including temperature,humidity,light,and carbon dioxide.The system design is based on ZigBee technology and the wireless sensor network is set up.The realtime monitoring of the growth of the fungus is finally realized.After the system has been installed and debugged,the function of detecting and controlling the environment in the cultivation of fungus in greenhouses is currently achieved,and the system operates in good condition.The system is aimed at the precise control of the growth environment of the fungus,which is characterized by low equipment cost,low power consumption,strong adaptability,simple operation,and the prospect of promotion and use.
