【摘要】 当今世界,“生态问题”成为新的全球性问题。“生态文明”也随之成为关注度、认可度、美誉度最高的词语。“APCE蓝”、PM2.5爆表、生态红线等成为了流行词汇。人们对清新的空气、清澈的水源、干净的环境充满向往。面对这样的时代背景和历史阶段,习近平站在全局高度,以战略眼光和务实作风将生态文明建设上升到国家治理目标的高度。而其成熟的生态文明战略思想也经历了一个发展过程。本文通过对习近平所著的三本著作进行深入地剖析和解读,梳理其生态文明战略思想从区域到局部再到全局、从萌芽到发展再到成熟的逻辑过程。以此来了解其逐渐提升的思想价值,并指导生态文明建设实践。本文首先概述了习近平生态文明战略思想问题研究的由来及意义,并对目前国内外相关问题研究的现状进行了综述。全文采用文本解读的方式对习近平生态文明战略思想的相关概念、理论基础、演进逻辑、价值意义等多个方面进行系统解读和阐释。其中对“生态文明”、“生态文明建设”、“习近平生态文明战略思想”这三个概念之间的逻辑关系的辨析是本文的第一个重点。本文的主体部分是对《摆脱贫困》、《之江新语》、《习近平谈治国理政》这三本书分别按时间、空间、价值演进逻辑的文本解读。这一逻辑过程的解读是本文的关键和难点。在前文的基础上,结合历史现实分析习近平生态文明战略思想的理论价值和实践意义是文章的最终目的和导向。更多还原

【Abstract】 In today’s world,the "ecological problem" has become a new global problem."Ecological civilization" also will become the attention,recognition,the highest reputation words."APCE blue",PM2.5 burst table,the ecological red line has become a popular vocabulary.The fresh air,clear water,clean environment became the full longing of people.Faced with this background and historical stage,Comrade Xi Jinping standing in the overall height of the strategic vision and pragmatic style of ecological civilization construction will rise to a high degree of national governance goals.And its mature ecological civilization strategic thought also experienced a development process.This paper analyzes and interprets the three works written by Comrade Xi Jinping,combing the logical process of its ecological civilization from the regional to the local to the global,from the bud to the development to the mature.In order to understand its gradually enhance the ideological value,and guide the construction of ecological civilization.This paper first summarizes the origin and significance of Xi Jinping ’s strategic thinking on ecological civilization,and summarizes the present situation of the research on related problems at home and abroad.This paper uses the method of text interpretation to interpret and explain the related concepts,theoretical basis,evolutionary logic,value meaning and so on of the strategic thinking of Xijinping ecological civilization.The logical relationship among the three concepts of "ecological civilization","ecological civilization construction" and "Xi Jinping ecological civilization strategic thinking" is the first focus of this paper.The main part of this article is the interpretation of the text of "shake off poverty","the new language of the river" and "Xi Jinping on the administration of state administration".The interpretation of this logical process is the key and difficult.On the basis of the previous text,combined with the historical reality analysis Xi Jinping ecological civilization strategic thinking of the theoretical value and practical significance of the article is the ultimate goal and orientation.更多还原
