凝冰沥青路面主动除冰抗滑技术研究

Study on Proactive Deicing and Skid-resisting Technology of Asphalt Pavement with Dark Ice Layer

【摘要】 道路凝冰是我国南方潮湿地区冬季常见的路面现象,凝冰会使道路的抗滑性能大幅度降低,既降低了道路的通行能力,又给行车安全带来潜在的危害。目前,人工机械清除、撒布融冰雪剂等依旧是主流的道路凝冰处理方式,这类传统处理方式不仅浪费人力物力资源、而且污染环境。对于道路凝冰主动防治技术的研究是很有必要的,以橡胶弹性路面为研究对象,深入研究了镶嵌橡胶柱体破冰技术和橡胶颗粒沥青混合料破冰技术这两类主动凝冰防治技术。首先分析了这两类技术的破冰机理,然后利用有限元软件和离散元软件对影响其破冰效果的因素进行有关分析,最后利用室内模拟试验对其破冰效果进行验证。得到以下主要结论:(1)镶嵌橡胶柱体破冰技术有很好的破冰除冰效果,其破冰效果受很多因素影响,如橡胶柱体的直径、模量、间距以及凝冰层厚度、车辆轮载大小都会对其破冰效果产生影响。(2)橡胶柱体的直径和模量对路面破冰效果有很大的影响,橡胶柱体直径越大模量越小,凝冰层的破碎效果越明显,但当模量很低时,柱体附近区域路面的应变可能过大,给路面带来弯曲破坏。(3)车载的大小与凝冰层的厚度也会对橡胶柱体的破冰效果产生影响,车载越大,破冰效果越强;冰层厚度在一定范围内增加时,由于冰层底部拉应变增加,橡胶柱体的破冰效果增加;(4)橡胶颗粒沥青混合料路面技术也具有良好的破冰除冰效果,橡胶颗粒的掺量、温度、凝冰厚度都能影响其破冰效果。橡胶颗粒的掺量对其除冰效果影响较大,在建议的掺量范围内(2%~6%),掺量越多,除冰效果越好;随着温度的降低橡胶颗粒混合料的除冰效果逐渐降低。凝冰层厚度对橡胶颗粒沥青混合料除冰效果的影响比较显著,一般当凝冰层厚度>4mm后其除冰效果显著下降。

【Abstract】 Road with dark ice layer is a common phenomenon in winter in the south of China,which greatly reduces the skid resistance of road.It can not only reduce the traffic capacity of the road,but also bring potential harm to the traffic safety.At present,the traditional treatment modes dealing with road with dark ice layer,such as clearing icewith manual and mechanical equipment,spreading ice-melting agent is still the main way to deal with the road with dark ice layer,which is not only a waste of human and material resources,but also pollutes the environment.Research on proactive deicing technology is necessary.Taking rubber elastic pavement as the research object,study in-depth the embedded rubber cylinder icebreaking technology and rubber particle asphalt mixture icebreaking technology.First analyzing the icebreaking mechanism of the two kinds of technology,and then analyze the factors affecting the icebreaking effect by using the finiteelement software and discrete element software,finally using indoor simulation experiment to verify the effect of icebreaking.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Embedded rubber cylinder icebreaking technique has a good deicing effect,the icebreaking effect is influenced by many factors,such as rubber cylinder diameter,modulus,distance and ice layer thickness,the vehicle load have all an impact on the icebreaking effect.(2)Rubber cylinder diameter and modulus has a great influence on pavement icebreaking effect,the larger rubber column diameter and the smaller modulus,the ice crushing effect is more obvious,but when the modulus are very low,the pavement strain near cylinder may be too large to bring the pavement bending failure.(3)The vehicle load and the thickness of the ice also have an impact on the rubber column breaking effect,the larger vehicle load,the ice breaking effect is stronger;when the ice layer thickness increases in a certain range,the rubber cylinder ice breaking effect will increase.(4)The technology of rubber particle asphalt mixture also has a good effect of ice breaking,the amount of rubber particles,the temperature and the ice layer thickness can affect the ice breaking effect.Content of rubber particles influences much deicing effect,in the proposed range(2% ~ 6%),the more dosage,the larger deicing effect;with the decrease of the temperature,the rubber particles mixture deicing effect gradually decreased.The effect of dark ice layer thickness on the deicing effect of rubber particle asphalt mixture is significant.When the dark ice layer thickness is more than 4mm,the deicing effect is obviously decreased.
