装备调配管理信息系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 本世纪开始,我军加快了武器装备更新换代的速度,装备的种类、型号和数量也随之增多,装备调配管理工作也变得日益复杂,很大程度上增加了装备管理人员的工作量。装备调配管理是指军队为满足遂行任务需要、保持武器装备满编配套所组织的调整配备活动,1通常由装备综合管理部门下达装备调配计划、分管装备业务部门组织装备调拨的方式来组织实施。目前,军队装备综合管理部门在制定装备调配计划时主要使用办公软件电子表格来进行拟制、打印和存储。当装备的种类、型号、数量以及涉及的单位部门较少时,装备调配管理的数据量不大,这种方式还可以满足需求。但是,当装备种类、型号、数量以及单位部门增多时,装备调配管理的数据量迅速增长,如果继续使用电子表格的方式来管理,这将导致制定装备调配计划时效率不高、时间周期长、数据一致性变差、后期查询统计不方便等一系列问题。因此,迫切需要开发一套军队装备调配管理信息系统,即MEDMIS(Military Equipment Deployment Management Information System)用于辅助军队装备综合管理部门进行装备调配管理工作,达到提高装备管理效率的目的。在MEDMIS的需求分析、设计与实现过程中,本人所做的研究工作和取得的成果涵盖以下六个方面:(1)系统的研究背景与意义。指出军队装备调配管理中存在的弊端和矛盾问题,并提出采用信息管理手段来去除弊端和解决这些问题的方式方法,并对目前外军装备管理的现状进行了研究。(2)系统设计与实现过程中用到的主要技术。如JAVA、MVC、UML、Oracle、二维码等,通过对这些技术的学习和掌握,为装备调配管理信息系统的设计和实现扫清障碍。(3)系统的需求分析。采用了面向对象的软件设计思想,以UML为系统分析设计工具,通过研究装备调配管理过程中的业务流程,对系统的功能需求进行了分析。(4)系统的总体设计过程。介绍装备调配管理信息系统的设计原则,依据系统需求分析,对系统架构、功能模块和数据库逻辑进行了总体设计。系统按照提出需求申请、1拟制下达计划、1组织装备调拨、信息反馈的流程实施装备调配管理,功能模块涵盖整个装备调配管理业务。(5)系统的详细设计与实现过程。在对系统的详细设计与实现过程中,软件架构采用了B/S结构,以JAVA作为主要的编程语言,Oracle作为数据存储工具,详细设计并实现了装备调配管理业务中需求申请、调配计划的管理和装备调拨等功能。(6)系统测试。介绍了系统测试目的、过程、方法以及测试环境,并对军队装备调配管理信息系统进行了验收测试,检验本系统的实用性。
【Abstract】 Since the beginning of this century,our army has accelerated the speed of upgrading and replacing weapons and equipment.As a result,the types,models and quantities of equipment have also increased and the equipment deployment management has become more and more complex which greatly increased the workload of the equipment management staff.Equipment deployment management refers to the adjustment of equipment activities in military of meeting the needs of the mission and maintaining the full complement of weapons and equipment through equipment deployment plans issued by the equipment management department and equipment allocations organized by the equipment business department.At present,the military equipment general management department mainly uses the office software spreadsheet for preparing,printing and storing when formulating the equipment deployment plan.When the data about the types,species,quantities and units is small,the departmental equipment allocation management data is also not large.This approach can also meet the demand.However,as the data of types,species,quantities and units increases,the data volume of equipment deployment management rapidly increases too.If the electronic form management is continued,this will lead to the inefficiency in the preparation of equipment deployment plans,worsen data consistency,late query statistics inconvenient and a series of problems in a long period of time.Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop a military equipment deployment management information system,that is,the Military Equipment Deployment Management Information System(MEDMIS),which is used to assist the military equipment general management department in the equipment deployment management and achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of equipment management.In the process of demand analysis,design and implementation of MEDMIS,the research work and achievements made by myself include the following six aspects:(1)The background and significance of system research.Pointing out the problems and contradictions existing in the military equipment deployment management and putting forward ways and means of using information management methods to remove the disadvantages and solving these problems.At the same time,the present situation of the foreign military equipment management was studied.(2)The main technologies used in the system design and implementation process are JAVA,MVC,UML,Oracle,two-dimensional code,etc.,which clear the obstacle in equipment deployment management information system design and implementation.(3)System Requirements Analysis.It adopts object-oriented software design idea and UML as system analysis and design tool.It analyzes the functional requirements of the system by studying the business process in the process of equipment allocation management.(4)The overall design process of the system.This paper introduces the design principle of equipment allocation management information system and carries out the overall design of system architecture,function modules and database logic based on the analysis of system requirements.The system applies for the application according to the demand,1 plans to release plans,1 organization and equipment allocation,information feedback process implementation equipment deployment management,function module covers the entire equipment deployment management business.(5)The detailed system design and implementation process.In the detailed design and implementation of the system,the software architecture adopts B / S structure,JAVA as the main programming language,and Oracle as the data storage tool,and designs and implements the requirements application and deployment plan in the equipment allocation management business in detail Management and equipment allocation and other functions.(6)System testing.The purpose,process,method and test environment of system test are introduced.The acceptance test is carried out to the military equipment deployment management information system to test the practicability of this system.
