拖挂式草坪清扫机的设计与分析

【摘要】 拖挂式草坪清扫机是一种集草坪清扫,草屑回收和运输为一体的新型高效的清扫设备,适用于高尔夫球场草坪、大面积草坪种植基地和足球场的清扫养护。研究和设计一款新型高效清扫机对于解决人工清理草坪效率低、费用高的问题具有十分重要的工程和实际应用意义。本文设计并分析了一款拖挂式草坪清扫机。首先概述了课题的研究背景与意义及其国内外研究现状,据此对课题的当前研究动态和尚存在的问题有了清晰的认识,然后简要介绍了系统设计分析所需要的工具软件,继而完成了系统的需求分析。以企业新产品开发为平台,以CAXA三维建模技术、有限元分析为基础,对清扫机整机结构及布局进行设计、关键零部件进行强度分析与结构设计。系统详细设计部分首先对清扫机的关键零部件进行设计和研究,其中风机是拖挂式草坪清扫机中一个非常重要的部件,是清扫机的清扫心脏部分,大的风量和风压是高效清扫的可靠保证,为了设计高效能的离心式风机,从风机叶片形状、叶片材料、进出风口的形状和位置、加工工艺等进行分析,设计出体积小、风量大、噪声低和耐磨性高的风机。此外,清扫工作装置担负着清扫和收集工作头经过的垃圾区域,它由滚刷、液压马达、油缸及支架组成,它应具备很好的随地仿形效果,清扫工作装置的浮动性设计直接影响着其清扫效果,因此,拖挂式草坪清扫机生产企业有必要对清扫工作装置浮动性和高度调整进行设计研究,以期让拖挂式草坪清扫机达到最佳清扫效果的同时使扫刷磨损最小。然后对清扫效果的影响因素进行了研究;最后利用ANSYS有限元软件,对风机叶轮强度进行分析计算、改进设计方法、提高了风机效率。综上,本文在解决需求分析提出问题的基础上,充分运用了现代设计方法和工程软件进行设计和分析,其研究内容对行业内相关企业以及其他同类机械产品设计具有理论指导意义和工程应用价值。

【Abstract】 Trailed lawn sweeper is a new and efficient cleaning equipment in lawn grass cleaning,recycling and transportation,suitable for golf courses,a large area of lawn planting base and the football field cleaning maintenance.Researching and designing a new highly efficient sweeper has engineering and practical application,it is very important to solve the low efficiency and high cost problems of artificial turf.This paper designs and analyzes a trailed lawn sweeper,firstly outlines the background and significance of research and research status at home and abroad,and have a clear understanding in the subject of current research problems and then analyzes the system design and analysis tools required,and then complete the system needs analysis.Based on the new product development of the enterprise,the design of the overall structure and layout of the cleaning machine,the strength analysis and the structural design of the key components are carried out on the basis of CAXA 3D modeling technology and finite element analysis.In the detailed design of the system,the key components of the sweeper are designed and researched first,the fan is a very important component,the heart of the sweeping machine,a large air volume and pressure are reliable to ensure efficient cleaning.It has an important meaning to explore from fan blades shape,the blade material,shape and location of air vents,processing techniques,to design a small,air volume,low noise,and high wear resistance of fans.In addition,the cleaning work device responsible for sweeping and garbage collection through the head area,which consists of rows of rotated brush,hydraulic motors,cylinders and frame composition,it should have a good effect anywhere profiling,cleaning work device floating design directly affects its cleaning effect,therefore,sweepers production companies need to clean-up work means floating and height adjustment of the design study,and to make cleaning vehicles to achieve the best cleaning results make sweeping brush to minimize wear;and research factors affecting the cleaning effect was studied;then using ANSYS finite element software,the paper analyzes and calculates the fan impeller strength,to improve design methods and improve the efficiency of the fan.To sum up,on the basis of solving the problem of requirement analysis,this paper makes full use of engineering software to design and analyze.The research contents have theoretical guidance significance and engineering application value to the related enterprises and other similar mechanical products design in the industry.
