【摘要】 心智障碍人士是一个庞大的群体,心智障碍人士作为一个特殊的社会弱势群体也得到了越来越多的关注。但长期以来我们更多地关注的是心智障碍人士本身,在一定程度上忽视了隐藏在他们身后的另一个弱势群体——心智障碍人士家庭照顾者,这使得他们成为目前政策及社会力量关注的盲点。与其他弱势群体一样,他们同样处于困境,需要应对来自自身健康、家庭以及社会环境的多重压力和挑战。此外,该群体的生活状况也将极大地影响智障人士的生活质量。因此,如何帮助这一群体减压从而改进其生活状况就具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文以M温馨家园为例,采用问卷调查和访谈相结合的方式确定小组成员,立足于服务对象需求,以认知行为理论为研究视角,研究如何通过小组社会工作的方法帮助心智障碍人士家庭照顾者缓解心理压力。基于对服务对象的需求评估,有针对性地开展小组活动,评估介入成效。并从服务的专业性和持续性、评估的有效性、社会工作者的角色定位几方面进行专业反思,以期在帮助心智障碍人士家庭照顾者减轻心理压力的同时探索社会工作专业在心智障碍人士家庭照顾者这一特殊领域的独特的社会工作理论体系和工作方法,形成可供借鉴的实务经验。为服务心智障碍人士家庭照顾者这一特殊弱势群体提供更有力的支援,此研究也有利于呼吁社会给予这一不平凡的群体更多的关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mentally retarded people are a huge group.As a special social vulnerable group,they have drawn more and more attention.However,for a long time,we have been focusing more on mentally retarded people themselves but less on their family carers,another vulnerable group.Both current policy makers and social groups have ignored them.Liking other vulnerable groups,they are also in a difficult situation and need to deal with multiple pressures and challenges from their own health,family and social environment.Besides,their living conditions make a big difference to that of mentally retarded people.Thus,it is of great significance to help them reduce stress and improve their living conditions.This essay takes “M warm home ” as an example,which studies how to help the family carers relieve psychological pressure through social group work in the perspective of cognitive behavior model.Based on the needs assessment of those family carers,targeted to carry out group activities to assess the effectiveness of intervention.In the study,professional reflection are conducted on several aspects,such as the effectiveness of professional scales and interview assessment,the professionalism and consistency of the service,the validity of the evaluation,the role definition of social workers,which is expected to help those family carers taking care of adult mentally retarded people relieve mental stress,and explore the working theory and methods that social group work adopts,therefore,forming practical experience,which can provide support for the service of the particular vulnerable group.What’s more,the study also contributes to appeal to the society to pay more attention to this vulnerable group.更多还原
