【摘要】 老年志愿服务是老年人重建退休生活秩序的理想途径和老年社会参与的重要方式。随着我国人口老龄化程度不断加深,老龄问题日益突出,加上我国城市劳动者普遍离退年龄较早,在正式就业机会有限的情况下,参与志愿服务活动是我国老年人晚年生活的一种现实选择。作为一种新型的老年社会参与活动,我国老年志愿服务兴起于20世纪80年代。鉴于我国社区老年志愿服务发展历程短,仍处于方兴未艾的阶段,其服务过程和管理方式仍存在着许多问题。因此,本研究对南宁市BN社区进行了实地调研,以了解我国老年志愿服务的现存问题并提出优化社区老年志愿服务发展的路径构想。整体来看,BN社区老年志愿服务问题主要体现为:在志愿服务主体方面,老年志愿者缺乏专业技能、对志愿服务内涵认识浅显;在社区老年志愿服务支持系统方面,缺乏针对性激励机制、新兴老年志愿项目支持乏力;在老年志愿服务组织发展方面,社区老年志愿服务平台管理能力不足、社区老年志愿项目责任模糊。这些问题使得社区老年志愿者参与满意度较低,社区志愿平台管理混乱,老年志愿者价值没有得到社会的充分认可,因而阻碍了社区老年志愿服务平稳健康的发展。本文根据生产性老龄化理论框架的宏观文化环境因素、老龄政策因素、社区条件因素和个体因素对BN社区老年志愿服务问题进行制约因素分析,试提出社区老年志愿服务发展的路径构想。构建老年志愿服务发展路径,可从四个方面考虑:就宏观文化环境而言,政府和社区应运用政策宣传和社区教育两种渠道,拓展志愿文化影响力;在政策维度方面,政府和社区需借力相乘,落实志愿保障机制;根据社区条件维度,社会机构和社区应共同合作,强化志愿力量;按照老年人个体维度,个体和家庭应协同促进,提供心理支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Voluntary service for the elderly is an ideal way for the elderly to rebuild their retirement life order and an important way for the elderly to participate in society.With the deepening of population aging in China,the problem of aging is becoming increasingly prominent.In addition,the retirement age of urban workers in China is relatively early.Under the circumstance of limited formal employment opportunities,participation in voluntary service is a realistic choice for the elderly in their old age.As a new type of social participation for the elderly,volunteer service for the elderly in China rose in the 1980 s.In view of the short development history of community voluntary service for the elderly in China,it is still in the ascendant stage,and there are still many problems in its service process and management mode.Therefore,this study conducts a field survey of BN community in Nanning City,in order to understand the existing problems of elderly volunteer service in China and put forward the idea of optimizing the path of the development of elderly volunteer service.Overall,the main problems of elderly volunteer service in BN community are as follows: in terms of volunteer service subjects,elderly volunteers lack professional skills and have a shallow understanding of the connotation of volunteer service;in terms of community elderly volunteer service support system,there is a lack of targeted incentive mechanism and weak support of emerging elderly volunteer projects;in terms of the development of elderly volunteer service organizations,community elderly volunteer service The management ability of service platform is insufficient,and the responsibility of community elderly volunteer project is vague.These problems make the community elderly volunteer participation satisfactionis low,the community volunteer platform management is confused,the value of elderly volunteers has not been fully recognized by society,thus hindering the smooth and healthy development of community elderly volunteer service.Based on the macro-cultural environment factors,aging policy factors,community conditions and individual factors of the theoretical framework of productive aging,this paper analyses the constraints of the elderly volunteer service in BN community,and tries to put forward the path of the development of community elderly volunteer service.To build the development path of voluntary service for the elderly,we should consider the following four aspects: in terms of macro-cultural environment,we should expand community voluntary culture through training and propaganda;in terms of policy dimension,the government and community need to multiply their efforts to implement Voluntary Security mechanism;in terms of community conditions,social institutions and communities should work together to strengthen voluntary force;in accordance with the elderly,we should strengthen voluntary force.Individual dimension,individual and family should cooperate to promote and provide psychological support.更多还原
