【摘要】 近年来,伴随着我国人民生活水平的不断提高,社区居民对社区服务的需求和质量要求也日益提高。标准化是提升社区服务质量和水平的重要方式,因此,备受社会各界的关注。当今社会是全面建设小康社会的时代,建设社区服务标准化对此有着非常重要的现实价值,可以有效地推动整个社会的和谐发展。江东区作为宁波社区服务标准化建设试点区域,在多年来的创建实践中探索出一条相对完善的发展路径,社区服务标准化建设成效较为显著。本文主要以宁波江东区为例,通过综合使用比较分析法、文献研究法和实证分析法对宁波江东区社区服务标准化工作的成效进行评价,挖掘还存在的问题,并结合国内其他社区服务标准化建设试点的经验和成果,提出了针对性的对策和建议。旨在研究和探讨社区服务标准化的理论和实践,以创新和完善我国社区服务的标准化体系。文章第一部分为绪论,主要阐述社区服务标准化的研究背景和意义,本论文涉及到的主要概念的界定,以及目前国内外的研究现状、提出了论文研究所运用的主要理论基础。文章第二部分,通过对宁波江东区的实证调查,分析社区服务标准化在创新社区管理中的功能和作用,进而总结归纳出宁波社区服务标准化创建的实践经验及社会效益。文章第三部分,通过笔者与社区服务标准化工作参与者直接沟通交流所获得的信息,重点分析社区服务标准化建设中应处理好的几个关系。文章第四部分,分析总结目前宁波社区服务标准化创建实践中在领导机制、资金投入、人员素质、宣传推广、绩效考评等方面存在的主要问题。文章第五部分,针对宁波社区服务标准化实践中存在的主要问题,结合社区管理的实际情况,提出了具有实际可行的对策和建议,主要通过合理的领导机制设计,多元化资金投入,标准化人才的培训,宣传推广的加强,考评体系的完善,信息服务平台的打造等方面着手,来不断完善和提升社区服务质量,进而给整个城市社区管理工作带来普遍性的参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,along with the continuous improvement of the living standard of our people,the demand and quality requirements of community service for community service are also increasing.Standardization is an important way to improve the quality and level of community service.Therefore,it is closely watched by the community.Nowadays,the society is an era of building a well-off society in an all-round way,and the construction of community service standardization has a very important realistic value and can effectively promote the harmonious development of the whole society.Jiangdong District of Ningbo City as a community service standardization construction pilot areas,in the years to create practice explore a relatively perfect development path,community service standardization construction effect is significant.Jiangdong District of Ningbo City as a Case,this paper mainly through the integrated use of comparative analysis,literature research and empirical analysis of Jiangdong District of Ningbo City community service standardization,to evaluate the effectiveness of mining and the existing problems and combined with the domestic other community services standardization construction experiences and achievements of pilot,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.To study and explore the theory and practice of community service standardization to innovate and improve the standardization system of our community service.This paper aims to discuss the theory and practice of community service standardization in order to enlighten the innovation and perfection of our community service standardization system.The first part is the introduction,the main research background and significance of community service standardization,this paper involves the definition of the main concepts,and the current research status both at home and abroad,put forward the thesis research institute used the main theoretical basis.The second part,through to the empirical investigation of Jiangdong District of Ningbo City,analyzes the role of community service standardization in management innovation community,and then sums up the Ningbo community service standardization to create practical experience and social benefits.The third part,the author in this standardization work and community service participants information obtained by the direct communication,focus on analysis in the construction of community service standardization should handle the good relation.The fourth part,analyzing for Ningbo in community service standardization to create practice leadership mechanism,capital investment,personnel quality,promotion,the main problems of performance evaluation,etc.The fifth part,in view of the main problems of standardization in the practice of Ningbo community service,combined with the actual situation of community management,put forward the practical feasible countermeasure and the suggestion,mainly through reasonable leadership mechanism design,diversified investment,standardization talent training system building,enhance the stable cross,perfect appraisal system,information service platform building and other aspects,to constantly improve and upgrade the quality of community service,and then bring universal reference significance for the whole urban community management work.更多还原
