【摘要】 生态文明思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要成部分。生态文明建设涉及到千家万户的根本利益,关系着全面建成小康社会和实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦。在全国环境保护大会上,习近平强调,“生态文明建设是关系着中华民族永续发展的根本大计。”习近平总书记高瞻远瞩,从中华民族发展的长远的角度,提出建设生态文明。习近平生态文明思想回答了“为什么建设生态文明”“建设什么样的生态文明”“如何建设生态文明”等重大问题。近年来,中国在国际上的地位日益提高,有责任维护全球生态环境不断向好发展。生态文明建设是不断发展变化的实践活动,需要以一种新的生态文明思想作为指导,所以对生态文明思想进行研究就显得尤为重要。习近平总书记在马克思、恩格斯的生态思想的基础上,结合中国社会发展的实际情况,以实现可持续发展为目标,提出了符合中国实际的生态文明思想。本文以习近平生态文明思想为主线,将查阅到的文献进行深入的研读,通过比较研究、系统分析的方法,力争全面研究习近平生态文明思想。本论文主要有绪论、正文和结语组成。绪论交代选题目的、意义,并且梳理国内外对习近平生态文明思想研究成果,阐明本研究运用的研究方法。正文主要分以下四个部分:本文的第一部分主要对生态文明思想的基本理论进行了阐释,包括生态、文明、生态文明以及生态文明建设的基本概念和习近平生态文明思想的理论基础。本文的第二部分主要论述了习近平生态文明思想提出的背景以及形成过程。这些背景包括国际背景也包括国内背景。习近平生态文明思想的形成与其的经历密不可分,主要分为萌芽时期、初步形成、正式形成三个时期。本文的第三部分主要论述了习近平生态文明思想的内容以及特点。生态文明建设的各项方针政策之中均包含着生态文明思想。本文对习近平生态文明思想的内容的论述主要围绕以下六个方面展开。第一是生态兴则文明兴,生态衰则文明衰;第二是绿水青山就是金山银山;第三是山水林田湖草系统治理方法推进生态文明建设;第四是实行最严格的制度、最严密的法治来保护生态环境;第五是依靠科技创新推动绿色发展;第六是全民行动,共建设美丽中国。新思想来源于新时代新的实践,习近平生态文明思想具有特色鲜明时代性以及高屋建瓴的全局性,同时也具有求真务实的实践性和因时制宜的创新性。习近平生态文明思想在表达上具有通俗性。本文的第四部分主要讲述了习近平生态文明思想的当代价值。理论价值在于继承和发展了马克思、恩格斯关于生态思想,也不断丰富和深化中国特色社会主义理论体系以及不断完善中国特色社会主义事业的总体布局。实践价值主要是生态文明思想对于当前中国发展和全球环境治理的重要意义。结语主要对习近平生态文明思想做出总结,对未来做出展望。新时代,在习近平生态文明思想的指引下,生态文明建设需要代代努力,久久为功,美丽中国的目标会如期实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ecological civilization is an important part of Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and his basic strategy.Ecological progress involves the fundamental interests of every household and is related to the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Xi stressed that "the construction of ecological civilization is the fundamental plan for the sustainable development of the Chinese nation,at the national conference on environmental protection." Xi Jinping,general secretary of the communist party of China(CPC),has shown great foresight in building an ecological civilization from the perspective of the long-term development of the Chinese nation.Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization answers such major questions as "" why to build ecological civilization " ","" what kind of ecological civilization to build " " and " " how to build ecological civilization " ".In recent years,China’s standing in the world has been rising,and it is incumbent on China to maintain the sound development of the global ecological environment.The construction of ecological civilization is an ever-changing practice,which needs to be guided by a new ecological civilization thought.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the ecological civilization thought.On the basis of the ecological thoughts of Marx and Engels and in combination with the actual situation of China’s social development,general secretary Xi Jinping put forward the ecological civilization thought in line with China’s actual situation with the goal of achieving sustainable development.Taking Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization as the main line,this paper makes an in-depth study of the literatures available and tries to study Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization comprehensively through comparative study and systematic analysis.This paper is mainly composed of introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction explains the purpose and significance of the topic,sorts out the research results of Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization at home and abroad,and clarifies the research methods used in this study.The main body is divided into the following four parts:The first part of this paper mainly explains the basic theories of ecological civilization,including the basic concepts of ecology,civilization,ecological civilization and ecological civilization construction and the theoretical basis of Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization.The second part of this paper mainly discusses the background and formation process of Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization.These backgrounds include both international and domestic backgrounds.The formation of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought is closely related to his experience,which can be divided into three stages: the embryonic stage,the preliminary stage and the formal stage.The third part mainly discusses the content and characteristics of Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization.The ecological civilization thought is contained in every policy of ecological civilization construction.This paper mainly discusses the content of Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thought from the following six aspects.First,ecological prosperity leads to civilization prosperity,and ecological decline leads to civilization decline.Second,Green water and green mountains are mountains of gold and silver.;The third is to promote the construction of ecological civilization by the methods of mountain,water,forest,field,lake and grass system control.The fourth is to implement the strictest system and the strictest rule of law to protect the ecological environment.Fifth,promote green development through scientific and technological innovation;Sixth,we will work together to build a beautiful China.New ideas come from new practices in the new era.Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization is of distinctive features of The times and the overall situation from a strategic perspective,as well as practical and innovative.Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization is of popularity in expression.The fourth part of this paper mainly tells the contemporary value of Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization.The theoretical value lies in inheriting and developing Marx and Engels’ ecological thoughts,constantly enriching and deepening the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and constantly improving the overall layout of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The practical value is mainly the significance of ecological civilization thought for China’s development and global environmental governance.The conclusion mainly summarizes Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization and looks into the future.In the new era,under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s thought on ecological civilization,the construction of ecological civilization needs efforts from generation to generation and lasting achievements.The goal of a beautiful China will be achieved as scheduled.更多还原
