【摘要】 进入21世纪后,管理系统信息化已是企业现代化的重点工作,国内外大量的企业计划、开始甚至是已经使用ERP软件对于企业的供应链,成本控制,财务等进行管理,并取得了明显的效益。但是,如何使用ERP软件对企业的产品质量管理系统进行管理,是企业所急需解决的问题。本文选择RA公司产品质量管理信息系统作为研究问题,通过文献法查阅了大量文献,首先阐述了当下信息系统发展的背景状况,在国内外理论和文献综述中对产品质量管理理论、国内外的企业信息化状况做进行了简要介绍,并对于本论文撰写的主要框架结构和研究方法进行了叙述;其次,通过对当前汽车及其零部件行业的发展现状提出了产品质量管理信息系统的重要性,介绍了RA公司的业务范围、发展状况和RA公司当前的质量管理现状,采用了调查法、案例分析法对RA公司产品质量管理信息系统QOS的框架、内容、应用状况和数据来源的进行了分析,提出了RA公司在产品质量管理中的问题,并对问题进行了深入、详细的分析;再次,基于RA公司质量管理中的问题,提出了产品质量管理信息系统的需求和信息系统改进的方案,并对实现RA公司产品质量管理信息系统改进的解决方案SAP QM的功能进行了分析;最后,通过对SAP QM在项目实施和使用过程中一些常见问题和瓶颈进行了总结和归纳,并提出了相应的实施建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 After entering the 21 st century,the management system informationization has become the key work of enterprise modernization.A large number of enterprises at home and abroad plan,start to use ERP software to manage the supply chain,cost control,finance,etc.of the enterprise,and have achieved obvious benefit.However,how to use ERP software to manage the enterprise’s product quality management system is an urgent problem for enterprises.This thesis selects RA product quality management information system as a research problem,and consults a large number of literatures through the literature method.Firstly,it expounds the background status of the current information system development.In the domestic and international theoretical and literature review,the product quality management theory,domestic and foreign enterprises The informatization status was briefly introduced,and the main frame structure and research methods of this thesis were described.Secondly,the importance of the product quality management information system was proposed by the current development status of the automobile and its parts industry.This paper introduces the business scope and development status of RA company and the current quality management status of RA company.The survey method and case analysis method are used to analyze the framework,content,application status and data source of RA product quality management information system QOS.The problem of RA company in product quality management was put forward,and the problem was analyzed in depth and in detail.Thirdly,based on the problems in RA quality management,the demand of product quality management information system and the improvement plan of information system were put forward.And implement RA product quality management Improved information systems solutions for SAP QM functions are analyzed;Finally,a summary and induction of SAP QM in the project implementation and use some common problems and bottlenecks,and propose the appropriate implementation of the recommendations.更多还原
