【摘要】 太阳光是生活中最常见的光源,也是最清洁的能源,但是太阳光会随着时间而发生变化,模拟出稳定可靠的太阳光在很多行业领域有重要的价值,太阳光模拟器就是用于模拟太阳光的标准光源。太阳能电池测试是常见的教学实验,太阳能电池测试需要太阳光模拟器作为标准光源。传统的太阳光模拟器采用氙灯作为光源,氙灯由于需要20kV的高压启动,具有一定的危险性,不利于教学实验使用,因而研制一种适用于高校实验教学的太阳光模拟器具十分重要的意义。本文主要设计并实现了一种适用于实验教学的LED太阳光模拟器。LED光源光谱全彩,通过多种LED组合可以很好的匹配太阳光光谱,而且工作电压低,使用寿命长,亮度易于控制,安全性高,十分适合实验教学场合下使用。论文从仿真到设计再到软硬件实现,详细阐述了LED太阳光模拟器的制作过程。仿真部分基于遗传算法搜索出了最优的光谱匹配结果,然后利用这个结果产生数据训练神经网络,最终实现了一个基于神经网络的光谱匹配算法。硬件部分主要包括LED太阳光模拟器的设计、LED太阳光模拟器的驱动电源即多通道可调节低压恒流电源的电路设计以及加工实现,软件部分主要包括基于stm32平台的下位机软件设计和基于Qt的上位机软件设计。最后对LED太阳光模拟器进行数据测试,并且应用到太阳能电池测试系统。本文设计的LED太阳光模拟器实现了A级的光谱匹配,基本能够满足教学实验的需要,但仍有改进的空间,在论文最后给出了自己的改进思路。

【Abstract】 Sunlight is the most common source of light in life and the cleanest source of energy,but sunlight changes over time.Simulating stable and reliable sunlight is of great value in many industries.The solar simulator is used for A standard light source that simulates sunlight.Solar cell testing is a common teaching experiment,and solar cell testing requires a solar simulator as a standard source.The traditional solar light simulator uses xenon lamp as the light source.Because the lamp needs 20 kV high voltage start,it has certain danger,which is not conducive to the use of teaching experiments.Therefore,it is very important to develop a solar simulation device suitable for college experimental teaching.This paper mainly designs and implements an LED solar simulator suitable for experimental teaching.LED light source spectrum is full color,through a variety of LED combinations can be a good match to the solar spectrum,and low operating voltage,long life,easy to control brightness,high security,very suitable for experimental teaching applications.This paper elaborates on the manufacturing process of LED solar simulator from simulation to design to hardware and software implementation.The simulation part searches for the optimal spectral matching result based on genetic algorithm,and then uses this result to generate data training neural network,and finally realizes a neural network based spectral matching algorithm.The hardware part mainly includes the design of LED solar simulator,the driving power of LED solar simulator,the circuit design and processing of multi-channel adjustable low-voltage constant current power supply.The software part mainly includes the software design of the lower computer based on stm32 platform and based on Qt’s PC software design.At the end of this paper,the LED solar simulator is tested and applied to the solar cell test system.The LED solar simulator designed in this paper realizes the A-level spectral matching,which can basically meet the needs of teaching experiments,but there is still room for improvement.At the end of the paper,the improvement ideas are given.
