基于RESTful Web服务的配电设备状态监测系统研究与开发

【摘要】 配电设备状态监测是开展状态评价和状态检修工作的基础。配电设备状态监测是指依托于信息通信技术,对现场设备的运行数据进行采集并上传至主站,通过对数据的分析、存储和处理为配电设备的运行状态提供在线监测,保障其安全稳定运行。当前,配电设备状态监测仍处于起步和发展阶段,且大多应用场景集中于电网企业,而直接面向用户侧配电设备状态监测的研究和应用仍相对较少。本文立足于配电设备状态监测,将物联网技术引入到系统的研究和设计中。针对长期以来通过SOAP协议构建Web应用存在的问题,研究和对比了基于远程过程调用(RPC)的Web服务和面向资源架构(ROA)的RESTful Web服务在技术特性、发展趋势及服务性能等方面存在的差异,以及后者在构建轻量级Web应用中所具备的优势,提出了基于RESTful Web服务的配电设备状态监测系统总体架构,并在此基础上设计了系统的数据库和数据接口。阐述了配电设备状态监测系统子站平台的数据采集和通信方案,并基于Modbus通信协议实现了配电设备运行数据的前置解析。基于前后端分离的开发方式开发了配电设备状态监测系统主站平台单页Web应用,并对项目的开发集成与部署作了说明。本文所提和开发的配电设备状态监测系统与某智慧校园配电系统增容改造工程的实施相结合,可以为校园配电设备提供全景监视、运行监测、资产管理等功能,构成了一项典型的“物联网+智慧校园”应用。

【Abstract】 Power distribution equipment condition monitoring is the basis work for power distribution equipment condition evaluation and condition maintenance.The power distribution equipment condition monitoring is referring to collect and upload the operational data of the field equipment to primary platform based on the information and communication technology.The online monitoring of the operational status of power distribution equipment is provided by analyzing,storing and processing the data to ensure the power distribution equipment safety and stable.At present,the power distribution equipment condition monitoring is still in its infancy and development stage.There are relatively few researchs and applications in power distribution equipment condition monitoring,in which most of the application scenarios are concentrated in power grid enter:prises rather than the user side scene such as the campus,industrial park and community.The thesis is based on the power distribution equipment condition monitoring system.It introduces the Internet of Things technology into the research and design of the system.In view of the problems existing in the longterm use of SOAP protocol to build a web application,the difference of two ways to implement web services,including the rmote procedure call(RPC)based web services and resource oriented architecture(ROA)based RESTful web services are discussed and compaired in technical characteristics,distribution equipment condition monitoring system basdevelopment trends and service performance.The overall architecture of power ed on RESTful web service is proposed because of its advantages in building a lightweight web application.Besides the system database and data interfaces are designed at the same time.The data acquisition and communication scheme of the system substation platform is elaborated,and the pre-analysis of the operation data of the power distribution equipment is realized based on the Modbus communication protocol.A single page web application of power distribution equipment condition monitoring system pr:imary platform is developed by the way of front-end separation when the development integration and deployment of the projects is explained.The power distribution equipment condition monitoring system proposed and developed in the thesis is combined with the implementation of a smart campus power distribution system capacity expansion project,which can provide panoramic monitoring,operation monitoring,asset management and other functions for power distribution equipment within the campus,which constitutes a typical"Internet of Things + Smart Campus"application.
