专网无线通信在煤矿中的应用与研究

【摘要】 随着煤矿行业数字化转型升级的逐步推进,我国大多数煤炭企业已经建设并应用了各种制式的专用通信网络,但是因为煤炭产业数字化程度逐步提高,传统制式的通信系统已经无法满足煤矿智能化管理的发展需要,取而代之的必将是具有高带宽,高质量信号覆盖性能的新一代专用无线通信网络。TD-LTE网络在满足用户的语音通信、数据传输和远程监控等最为基础的功能之外,还能够充分结合煤矿企业的个性需求,提供基于高数据带宽的其他增值服务。与其他主流技术相比,TD-LTE网络具有抗干扰能力更强、信号质量更好、频谱利用率更高、业务服务更多样、网络监管更灵活等技术优势,得到政府、军队和企业的广泛应用,并且在应急指挥调度、特殊任务执行和日常通信服务过程中为用户提供了可靠、高效和优质的通信保障,同时也为当前部分因采用落后技术而导致专网运维困难的煤炭企业实现专网升级改造提供全新的技术方案和更好的选择。为了满足我国煤炭企业管理实现信息化、智能化和透明化的发展需求,本文基于TD-LTE技术的专网通信系统的相关文献进行研究,对目前我国矿用专网建设的相关理论及技术知识进行整理分析,同时结合现阶段我国煤炭行业无线通信技术的应用现状和发展需求,介绍了TD-LTE技术的特点和优势,阐述了TD-LTE的关键性技术及相关技术方案,并据此提出了煤矿无线专用网络的总体组网架构,从网络布设和管理系统两个方面,对煤矿专网的建设的关键环节和主要部分提出具体的设计和实施方案,并最终对实施方案进行了功能性能测试,验证了设计方案能够满足煤矿用户需求。本文通过对TD-LTE网络在通话质量、存储容量、传输速率和抗干扰性等方面所具有的突出优势进行全面分析,设计了基于TD-LTE技术的新一代煤矿专用无线通信网络的整体架构和实施方案,以构建井上井下各部门之间,井下所有作业人员之间的无线移动通信系统,为全面保障企业安全生产提供技术支撑,为煤炭企业实现矿用无线专网的改造换代提供技术方案。本文的研究一方面丰富和补充了无线专网的理论发展,同时其技术应用也为促进我国煤炭企业不断提高生产效率,加快我国能源行业的转型升级提供参考和借鉴,具有一定的理论意义和实践价值。
【Abstract】 With the transformation and upgrading of coal industry,most of China’s coal enterprises have constructed and applied a variety of systems of dedicated networks,but with the improvement of coal industry automation,the traditional system of communication system has been unable to meet the development requirements of intelligent management of coal industry,and will be replaced by a new generation of dedicated wireless communication network with high bandwidth and high quality signal coverage.Besides satisfying the most basic functions of voice communication,data transmission and remote monitoring of users,TD-LTE network can also provide other value-added services based on big data bandwidth,fully considering the individual requirements of coal mine enterprises.Compared with other mainstream technologies,TD-LTE has many technical advantages,such as stronger anti-jamming ability,better signal quality,higher spectrum utilization,more diversified business services and more flexible network supervision.It has been widely used by government,army and enterprises,and has also been used in emergency command and dispatch,special task execution and daily communication services.In the process,it provides reliable,efficient and high-quality communication guarantee for users.At the same time,it also provides a brand-new technical scheme and better choice for coal enterprises which are facing difficulties in operation and maintenance of private networks because of using backward technology to upgrade and transform private networks.In order to meet the development requirements of informationization,intellectualization and transparency of China’s coal enterprise management,this thesis based on the relevant literature research of TD-LTE private network communication system,collates and analyzes the relevant theory and technical knowledge of China’s mining private network construction,and combines with the present stage of China’s coal aviation industry wireless communication technology.This thesis introduces the characteristics and advantages of the technology of TD-LTE,expounds the key technology and related technical scheme of the technology of TD-LTE,and puts forward the overall framework of the wireless private network of coal mine,and puts forward the key links and main parts of the construction of the special network of coal mine from the aspects of network layout and management system.Specific design and implementation plan.Finally,the functional performance test of the implementation scheme is carried out to verify that the design scheme can reach the requirements of coal mine users.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the outstanding advantages of TD-LTE network in terms of communication quality,storage capacity,transmission rate and anti-jamming,this thesis designs the overall framework and implementation scheme of a new generation of coal mine dedicated wireless communication network based on TD-LTE technology,with a view to constructing the underground between the various departments on the well and all underground.The seamless communication system between operators provides technical support for ensuring the safe production of enterprises in an all-round way,and provides technical solutions for coal enterprises to realize the transformation and replacement of mine wireless private network.On the one hand,this thesis enriches and supplements the theoretical development of wireless private network,and at the same time,it also provides a reference for promoting coal enterprises to improve production efficiency and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of China’s energy industry.
