【摘要】 我国的老年群体规模大、增长速度快,一直是全社会关注的热点问题。老年群体的身心健康状况与社会发展息息相关。军休干部群体作为一个典型的老年群体类型,是我国社会主义和谐社会建设应该重点关注的对象。军休干部具有很强的军队化特征,退休意味着退出原先的社会角色,而军休干部接受到的心理健康层面的服务又相对较少。这种心态上的转变和心理落差使得军休干部陷入一种“荣誉感的断裂”,因此很容易被消极情绪困扰,严重影响着军休干部的情绪心理健康和生活质量。本文从叙事视角出发,针对如何提升军休干部积极情绪的问题,选取了一名案主,通过叙事治疗方法和社会工作理论和操作技术的综合运用,采用个案社会工作和小组社会工作相结合的方法进行干预,帮助军休干部摆脱消极情绪、满足精神关怀需求、提升积极情绪。本研究采用叙事视角以案主一生的生命事件为线索,开展了6次个案社会工作和1次小组社会工作,解构旧叙事,挖掘案主的优势力量,重写新的生命故事,从而为案主注入生命活力。从这个层面上提升积极情绪,培养军休干部追求幸福生活的能力。本次研究作为社会工作专业性和实践性相结合一次应用实践,希望发掘出更多专业方法与军休干部服务相结合的服务模式,同时探索更多有益于满足军休干部心理需求的全新思路和有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The large-scale and fast-growing population of the elderly in China has always been a hot issue of concern to the whole society.The physical and mental health of the elderly is closely related to social development.As a typical elderly group,the military cadre group is the focus of Chinese socialist harmonious society construction.They have strong military characteristics,and their retirement means withdrawing from the original social role.They receive relatively little mental health services.This kind of mentality change and psychological gap make the army retired cadres fall into a "break of honor".They are easily plagued by negative emotions,seriously affecting the emotional health and quality of life of the army retired cadres.From the narrative perspective,this paper selects a case client to improve the positive emotions of the army retired cadres.This study combines narrative therapy with social work theory and operational techniques.This study combines case social work with group social work.The purpose is to help retired cadres get rid of negative emotions,meet the needs of spiritual care,and enhance positive emotions.This study uses the narrative perspective as a clue to the life events of the client’s life.This study carried out six case social work and one group social work.By deconstructing the old narrative,tapping the superiority of the case client and rewriting the new life story,the case client can be energized.From this level,we hope to enhance the positive mood and cultivate the ability of retired military cadres to pursue a happy life.As a practical application of social work professionalism and practicality,we hope to find out more service modes combining professional methods with military retired cadres’ service.At the same time,we hope explore more new ideas and effective methods to meet the psychological needs of retired military cadres.更多还原
