S公司售后配件库仓储管理优化研究

【摘要】 随着房地产行业的发展,家电行业迎来发展机遇。在这一发展机遇下S公司从满足消费者需求的角度出发,坚持创新研发,每年都有新产品上市,受到消费者欢迎,在整个家电行业内始终处于领先地位,并且一定程度上推动家电行业的发展。家电产品需求的增加带动相关零配件销量的增加,S公司售后配件库根据订单将配件发往全国各地以满足客户需求。现阶段售后配件库的管理现状尤其是库存管理、货位分配不足以满足实际需要,缺货、订单交期迟、配件错发、漏发等现象时有出现,降低了客户满意度同时增加了成本。本文通过调研售后配件库的操作流程以及管理情况,总结出售后配件库存在以下问题:(1)采购入库不合理:库存管理不到位,某些配件因采购不及时而缺货,而某些配件又因过度采购而积压在库;(2)在库管理不合理:货位管理不到位,其中存储策略选择不合理导致配件的货位分配不合理、非A类配件占据黄金位置;(3)出库管理效率低:拣选策略以及拣选方式的选择不合理导致订单准时发货率低。基于采购入库不合理现象,本文从优化库存管理入手,首先统计配件的出库频次,运用改进的ABC分类法对配件进行分类,并为各类配件设计管理策略;为了降低总库存费用、提高供货效率、减少缺货,本文提出供应商管理库存模式(以下简称VMI管理模式),加强采购过程中信息沟通。在库管理方面,从货位优化的角度来提高出库效率,以总拣选距离最短为目标建立优化模型:客户需求触发出库作业,所以有必要从历史订单提取关联规律来指导货位优化,本文从历史数据提取各配件的出库频次以及配件之间的相关性系数,并且将出库频次、相关性系数代入模型。此外,基于售后配件库配件存储不规范的现状,按照配件的分类对存储区域进行划分。本文对A类配件的货位进行重点研究,将A类配件分配在距包装区域最近的货位上,A类配件按照出库频次、配件间的相关性安排具体货位,将这两个参数及其相关数据引入模型,利用遗传算法、MATLAB软件求得近似最优解,整理数据得到A类配件的详细货位分配,非A类配件按照出库频次进行简单的货位分配。为了验证货位优化效果,本文为优化方案制定相匹配的拣选方式以及拣选路径,以30个连续订单为例,比较优化前、优化后的总拣选时间。从对比结果可以看出,通过运用优化后的货位分配方案及拣选方式,总拣选时间缩短了 54.2%,说明本文提出的货位优化方案以及拣选方式具有现实意义。

【Abstract】 With the growing development of real estate industry,development opportunities arise in household appliance industry.In order to meet the demand of consumers,enterprise S insists innovation and development and launches new products every year,welcomed by consumers.As a result,enterprise S has always taken the leading position in the entire home appliance industry.To a certain extent,the innovations of enterprise S promote the development of the whole household appliance industry.The increase in demand for household electrical appliances leads to the growth in sales of related spare parts.Faced with the diverse consumer demand,after-sale spare parts warehouse of enterprise S distributes kinds of spare parts to all over China.At present,the management status quo of the after-sales service,especially the storage management as well as cargo allocation is not enough to meet the actual needs.There exist problems,including delay in delivery and delivery errors,which decrease customer satisfaction as well as increase the cost.Through the investigation of operation process and management of the after-sales spare parts warehouse,this paper sums up problems of the after-sale spare parts management:(1)Unreasonable purchasing management:unreasonable storage management,some parts are out of stock while some over-purchased;(2)Unreasonable in the inwarehouse management:unreasonable goods allocation,unreasonable storage strategy leads to unreasonable goods allocation,gold positions occupied by non-A parts;(3)Low outbound efficiency:unreasonable picking strategy and style lead to low efficiency.Based on the background of the warehouse,the paper analyzes its inventory management,by using ABC method and VMI supply chain management.This paper is aimed to improve the efficiency of the warehouse from the perspective of the optimization of the location,as well as make the shortest selection distance the target for the establishment of the optimization model:the customers’ needs lead to the warehouse operation,so it is necessary to extract the association rules among spare parts from the historical orders to guide the slotting optimization.The paper puts the frequency of warehouse frequency and demand correlations of parts between the correlation coefficient,extracted from historical data,into the model.Taking into account of the stability and volume of shelf,as well as the weight and volume of parts,the model is established.In addition,based on the status of non-standard storage management,the parts are classified on the base of the warehouse frequency with improved ABC classification method,and the storage area is divided based on the classification result.In this paper,the class-A parts is mainly studied.In principle,the class-A parts is stored in the area closest to packaging area.The detailed storage location assignment of class-A parts is based on the warehouse frequency and the demand correlations,which are put into the slotting optimization model.To obtain the approximate optimal solution,the paper uses genetic algorithm,MATLAB software to set up program.The storage location assignment of the other parts is based on the warehouse frequency.In order to verify the effectiveness of slotting optimization solution,this paper firstly puts out optimized picking methods and picking paths takes for pickers.Taking 30 consecutive orders for example,the paper compares the total picking time.As a result,the total picking time is cut down by 54.2%,indicating that the slotting optimization program and picking program is practical.
