焦作高新区污水管网规划研究

Study on the Planning of Sewage Pipe Network in Jiaozuo High-tech Zone

【摘要】 焦作市位于河南省西北部,焦作高新区位于焦作位于老城区以南,北起新河,南至大沙河,西起中南路,东至宁远路,总面积28.24km~2,规划区内共规划有54条道路。高新区内污水管网已有一定规模,但污水通过管网收集后未能进入污水厂进行处理。通过分析,确定规划区采用雨污分流制。为便于研究规划区内主干管、干管、支管的布局,根据现状污水管网情况、用地布局、建设开发时序等因素,划分为7个污水分区。规划区内现状污水管网保留利用,新建沿南海路、文林路、神州路、中原路敷设的污水主干管,其他分区内污水分别通过各自区域的污水干管接入污水主干管,由于规划区属于焦作市第二污水处理厂服务范围,最终实现将规划区污水都收集进二污进行处理。由于现状污水管网不能靠重力流入第二污水处理厂进水干管,在采用单位建设用地综合用水量指标法对规划区的污水量进行预测后,得出规划区内采用重力流排放的平均日污水量为1.25万m3/d,采用泵站提升的平均日污水量为9.71万m3/d。经比选,确定管径<DN800时采用高密度聚乙烯双壁波纹管(HDPE),环刚度SN≥8;管径≥DN800时采用钢筋混凝土承插口管。确定起端污水管径最小为DN400,起端管道埋深控制在2.5m—3m。由于地形平坦,部分起端污水管段流速不能满足不淤流速的规定,为此,管道附属构筑物需采用设置沉泥井、闸槽井的措施,为管网的养护创造条件。为减小主干管埋深,需设置10万m3/d污水提升泵站一座,泵站占地面积5000㎡,静扬程7.2m。为解决主干管下穿新河的问题,规划新河倒虹吸一处,倒虹吸采用双管布置,单根管长度为210m。本文分析了焦作高新区现状污水管网情况,结合总体规划、水系规划等相关规划,系统性地研究了污水分区、主干管走向、地块污水系统布局、污水量、管网计算、管材比选、管理与养护等关键问题,力争将该污水规划做到技术合理,为下一步污水管网的设计施工作出正确的指导。

【Abstract】 Jiaozuo is located in the northwest of Henan Province,Jiaozuo high-tech zone is located in the south of the old city of Jiaozuo,from Xin River in the north to Dasha River in the south,from Zhongnan Road in the West to Ningyuan Road in the east,with a total area of 28.24 km~2.There are altogether 54 roads in the planning area.The sewage pipe network in the high-tech zone has a certain scale,but the sewage has not been able to enter the sewage plant for treatment after being collected through the pipe network.Through analysis,it is determined that the planning area adopts the rain-soil diversion system.In order to facilitate the study of the layout of main,dry and branch pipes in the planned area,according to the current situation of sewage pipe network,land use layout,construction and development timing,etc.,it is divided into seven sewage zones.The existing sewage pipe network in the planning area will be retained and utilized,and a new sewage main pipe will be laid along Nanhai Road,Wenlin Road,Shenzhou Road and Zhongyuan Road.The sewage in other districts will be connected to the sewage main pipe through the sewage main pipes in their respective areas.As the planning area belongs to the service scope of the second sewage treatment plant in Jiaozuo City,the sewage in the planning area will be collected into the second sewage treatment.Since the current sewage pipe network cannot flow into the second sewage treatment plant inlet pipe by gravity,after using the unit construction land comprehensive water consumption index method to predict the sewage volume in the planned area,the average of the gravity flow discharge in the planning area is obtained.The daily sewage volume is 12,500 m~3/d,and the average daily sewage volume increased by the pumping station is 97,100 m~3/d.After comparison,the high-density polyethylene double-wall corrugated pipe(HDPE)with ring diameter<DN800 is determined,the ring stiffness is SN≥8;the reinforced concrete socket pipe is used when the pipe diameter is≥800.It is determined that the minimum diameter of the starting sewage pipe is DN400,and the buried depth of the starting pipe is controlled at 2.5m-3m.Due to the flat terrain,the flow velocity of some of the starting sewage pipe sections cannot meet the requirements of not being able to flow.Therefore,the auxiliary structures of the pipelines need to adopt the measures of setting up the sinking mud wells and the gate wells to create conditions for the maintenance of the pipe network.In order to reduce the buried depth of the main pipe,it is necessary to set up a sewage pumping station of 100,000 m~3/d.The pumping station covers an area of 5,000 m~2 and the static head is 7.2 m.In order to solve the problem of passing through the bottom of the Xin River by the main pipe,a new river inverted siphon is planned.The inverted siphon adopts a double pipe arrangement,and the length of the single pipe is 210m.This paper analyzes the present situation of the sewage pipe network in Jiaozuo high-tech zone,combining with the general planning,water system planning and other relevant plans,the key problems such as sewage zoning,main pipe trend,plot sewage system layout,sewage volume,pipe network calculation,pipe material selection,management and maintenance are systematically studied,in order to make the sewage planning technically reasonable,for the next step of sewage pipe network design and construction to provide correct guidance.
