【摘要】 中国经济在快速发展的同时,面临着新的机遇和挑战。经济增长是经济发展的表现和基础,但真正意义上的经济发展不是经济增长,而是经济质量提升。我国在过去粗放型的发展模式上,出现了生态环境破坏和能源资源短缺问题,人民对美丽生态环境的需求日益强烈。扭转我国经济发展的严峻形势,就必须发展绿色经济,将经济发展与生态环境统一起来。发展绿色经济离不开绿色金融的推动,因此要发挥绿色金融这一创新体制在资源上的配置作用,深化金融供给侧改革。本文梳理了国内外关于绿色经济、绿色金融及绿色金融支持绿色发展的研究成果,做了相关的评价,明确了本文的研究目标、方向及内容。并且深入讨论了环境经济学和福利经济学的基本理论,分析了当代绿色发展思想和绿色经济的经济模式。本文探讨了绿色金融的含义,对绿色金融支持绿色经济进行经济学分析,深入分析了绿色金融对绿色经济的推动机理,并详细分析了我国绿色金融的现状与绿色金融市场的发展。本文利用熵值法测算了各省的环境污染综合指数,并利用DEA方法测算了各省的绿色经济效率。利用我国省际面板数据,关于绿色金融对绿色经济的影响机制做了实证研究。研究表明,绿色金融确实对绿色经济效率有促进作用。因此要更加完善绿色金融体系,完善相关金融法律法规,有效化解金融风险,鼓励金融业绿色发展创新活动,不断提高绿色金融对外开放水平,从而更好地促进我国经济向绿色经济模式转型升级。绿色金融是金融体系的未来发展方向,也是可持续发展和生态文明建设的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 While China’s economy is developing rapidly,it is facing new opportunities and challenges.Economic growth is the performance and foundation of economic development,but the real economic development is not economic growth,but the improvement of economic quality.In the past extensive development model of our country,there have been problems of ecological environment destruction and energy resources shortage,and people’s demand for beautiful ecological environment has become increasingly strong.To reverse the grim situation of China’s economic development,we must develop green economy and integrate economic development with ecological environment.The development of green economy cannot be separated from the promotion of green finance.Therefore,we should give full play to the role of green finance as an innovative system in resource allocation and deepen the reform of financial supply side.This paper combs the domestic and foreign research results on green economy,green finance and effectiveness of green finance to support green development,makes relevant evaluation,and clarifies the research objectives,direction and content of this paper.This paper probes deeply into basic theories of environmental economics and welfare economics.This paper analyses the contemporary green development thought and the economic model of green economy.The meaning of green finance is put forward.The economic analysis of green finance supporting green economy is carried out.The driving mechanism of green finance to green economy is analyzed in depth.The current situation and market development of green finance in China are analyzed in detail.This paper calculates the comprehensive index of environmental pollution in each province by using the method of entropy,and calculates the green economic efficiency of each province by using DEA method.Based on the provincial panel data,this paper makes an empirical study on the impact mechanism of Green Finance on green economy.The research shows that green finance does promote the efficiency of green economy.Therefore,in order to improve the green financial system,government departments should improve relevant financial laws and regulations,effectively resolve financial risks,encourage green development and innovation activities of the financial industry,and continuously improve the level of green finance opening to the outside world,so as to better promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s economy to a green economic model.Green finance is the future development direction of financial system,and also the requirement of sustainable development and ecological civilization.更多还原
