配电网无功补偿及谐波治理技术研究及应用

【摘要】 随着我国电力系统规模的不断扩大,人们对于系统供应电能的质量提出更高的要求。电力电子及其相关科学技术的发展使得许多先进的设备器件应用到电网系统中,导致电网谐波污染和配电线路低功率因数运行的问题更加突出,这对供电部门的安全运行提出挑战,也对其的经济效益产生影响。无功补偿和谐波治理是提高电力系统电能质量的重要手段,因此,采取何种方式进行无功补偿、选取何种设备抑制谐波污染、如何利用现有技术及设备改善供电质量已成为电力系统迫切需要解决的问题。本文以有源电力滤波器为主要研究对象,分析其工作原理及分类标准,探讨不同类型设备的优缺点,以某配电网为实例研究系统无功补偿及谐波治理的技术手段以及有源电力滤波器的实际应用。以此为基础,提出系统无功补偿和谐波治理的优化措施,依据系统实际运行需求合理选择配置方案,在现有设备的基础上研究新型设备与技术,以不断提高系统的供电水平和电能质量,推动我国电力系统的稳步发展。本文以某配电网中的无功和谐波问题为例,对实际问题进行概述后,对配电网无功和谐波进行了分析,选择采用并联混合型有源电力滤波器进行无功补偿和谐波治理,设备投入后的测量数据与设备投入前的测量数据进行对比,分析设备投入的实际效果,证明设备无功补偿和谐波抑制的作用,为今后的探索研究提供参考和借鉴;通过对现有设备和技术的对比分析,提出优化措施,在实际应用的过程中,合理选取配置方案,采用更加新型的技术和设备,以实现效果最优化,改善电力系统的运行状况。

【Abstract】 With the expansion of the scale of power system,the requirement of power quality has been improved.With the development of power electronic and related scientific technology,more advanced device and equipment are widely used in power grid,which lead to power grid harmonic pollution and power circuit low power factor operation problem,becoming more prominent.The situation provides challenge to the safe operation of power supply enterprise,and also affects the economic benefits of power supply enterprise.Reactive power compensation and harmonic control is important means to ensure the quality of electric power system,therefore,what method adopted to compensate reactive power,what device selected to restrain harmonic pollution,and how to use existing technology and equipment to improve power supply quality has become an urgent problem to solve for electrical power system.In this paper,active power filter as the main research object,its working principle and classification standards are analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of different types are discussed.Taking a certain distribution network for instance to research the technology of system reactive power compensation and harmonic control and the application of active power filter.On this basis,the system optimization measure of reactive power compensation and harmonic control is put forward,configuration scheme should be reasonably selected based on system operation demand,and advanced equipment and technology is researched based on the existing devices,to improve the level of power supply and power quality,and promote the steady development of the grid system in China.Taking reactive power and harmonic problems in a distribution network as example,after overview on practical problems,the reactive power and harmonic of the distribution network are analyzed,and the parallel hybrid active power filter is selected for reactive power compensation and harmonic control.Measurement data after equipment investment is compared with measurement data before equipment investment.and the actual effect of equipment investment is analyzed,and the effect of active power filter oin the reactive power compensation and harmonic control is proved,which offer ref’erence for the exploration and research in the f’uture.Through comparison and analysis of various kinds of reactive power compensation and harmonic control equipment and technology,optimization,measures are put forward.In the process of practical application,reasonable selection of configuration scheme and the application of new technology and equipment can achieve the optimum results,improve the operation of electrical power system.
