【摘要】 近些年来,移动互联网技术和通信技术飞速发展,人们的生活发生了翻天覆地的变化,手机成为生活中必不可少的工具。快节奏的生活给了人们物质上的满足,但是,随之而来的健康问题也越来越突出,人们对于健康状况的提升越来越重视。如何将健康管理与移动设备相结合,使健康管理更便捷化和碎片化,已经成为当下互联网医疗领域的一大热门需求,为此开发了“个人健康管理服务系统”以满足这一需求论文基于“个人健康管理服务系统”,介绍了该系统的设计与实现过程。“个人健康管理服务系统”是一款为患有慢性病和亚健康人群设计的个人健康管理和服务系统,为用户提供了服药信息管理、饮食信息管理、体征信息管理、健康备忘录管理以及医生反馈简报等功能。用户在使用本系统的过程中,可以随时随地管理自己的健康信息,从多个方面为身体健康保驾护航。该系统的组成包括手机客户端、Web管理平台以及后台服务器。其中手机客户端以Android操作系统为依托,使用Java语言进行开发。Web管理平台使用PHP语言进行开发,系统管理员和医生用户通过网页浏览器登录使用。后台服务器也采用PHP语言进行开发,使用MySQL数据库进行数据的存取。此外,在医生反馈简报功能中,对径向基函数神经网络进行了合理的分析和改进,通过机器学习的方法,利用系统中收集的数据和专业医生的健康建议,建立了健康反馈的算法。论文开篇对系统的研究背景和开发意义进行了分析,对开发过程中运用到的理论知识进行了归纳总结。在此基础上,根据用户需求模型,设计出Android客户端、Web管理平台的主要功能模块,搭建出完整的系统框架结构,之后完成了系统的概要设计和详细设计,最后编程实现了此系统,并成功通过了所有的测试用例。

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the rapid development of mobile Internet technology and communication technology,people’s lives have undergone tremendous changes.Mobile phones have become an indispensable tool in life.Fast-paced life gives people material satisfaction,but the health problems that follow are becoming more and more prominent.People are paying more and more attention to the improvement of health status.How to combine health management with mobile devices to make health management more convenient and fragmented has become a hot demand in the field of Internet medical treatment.To meet this demand,a personal health management service system has been developed.Based on "Personal Health Management Service System",this thesis introduces the design and implementation process of the system."Personal Health Management Service System"is a personal health management and service system designed for people with chronic diseases and sub-health.It provides users with the functions of medication information management,diet information management,vital signs information management,health memorandum management and doctor feedback briefing.In the process of using this system,users can manage their health information anytime and anywhere.It provides users with health escort from all aspects.The system consists of mobile client,Web management platform and background server.The mobile client is developed in Java language based on Android operating system.Web management platform is developed in PHP language.System administrators and the docters log in and use the platform through Web browser.The background server is also developed in PHP language,using MySQL database for data access.In addition,in the function of doctor’s feedback briefing,the RBF neural network is reasonably analyzed and improved.Through machine learning method,the algorithm of health feedback is established by using the data collected and the health advice of professional doctors in the system.This thesis firstly introduces the research background and development significance of the system,summarizes the theoretical knowledge used in the development process.Based on the user demand model,the main functional modules of Android client and Web management platform are designed,and the complete system framework is built.After that,the outline design and detailed design of the system are completed.Finally,the system is realized and implemented,and all test cases are successfully passed.
