让·波德里亚摄影观念研究

【摘要】 让·波德里亚是法国哲学家、社会学理论家,同时还是位摄影家,并因摄影而赢得赞誉。波德里亚的理论思想给国内外哲学、社会学、美学与艺术研究带来新颖的研究视角。然而,由于国内学术界对波德里亚摄影观念的关注度不够以及缺乏文献资料,目前对波德里亚摄影观念的研究成果较少,也未能从细节之处分析与解读。因此,为进一步完善波德里亚摄影观念与美学思想、后现代摄影理论以及视觉文化的研究,本文运用文本细读、图片分析等研究方法,试图在理论文本与前人研究的基础上,紧扣摄影的美学特征,以“摄影是消失的艺术”为角度切入研究,联系图像发展的社会历史背景并将相关联的摄影作品加以具体分析与结合,思考与论述摄影的发生机制、审美特征以及拍摄中主体与客体的关系。本文由绪论、正文四章和结语共六部分组成。本文绪论部分涵盖论文的选题缘由、文献综述、国内外相关研究现状及研究方法与基本思路。本文第一章主要介绍波德里亚的生平、主要思想以及他的摄影活动和成就。其次,对波德里亚摄影观念研究的主要文本来源作了简要梳理与概述。本文第二章是对波德里亚摄影观念内涵的阐释和论述。本章首先归纳波德里亚摄影核心观念:“摄影是消失的艺术”并且解释其内在涵义;其次,围绕“消失的艺术”这一观念,以摄影中“主体的消失”作为基本概念,尝试将波德里亚的摄影观念分解、提炼为“现实的消失”、“技法的消失”、“主体的消失”、“客体的消失”四个部分详以论述,探讨摄影发生过程和基本特征以及思考在摄影中所建构而成的拍摄者与拍摄对象的关系;同时,结合波德里亚的代表作品进行解读与评析,以更为直观地理解波德里亚的摄影观念。本文第三章主要分析波德里亚摄影观念的成因。本章从波德里亚本人的哲学思想、艺术观念、摄影实践以及与其他摄影理论对其摄影观念的影响四个方面出发,深度发掘波德里亚摄影观念的形成原因。波德里亚的摄影观念发源于他较为激进的哲学思想和极具批判性的艺术观念;其次,波德里亚的摄影实践是他摄影观念的最为直接的来源;再次,摄影理论史上重要的几位理论家对其摄影观念产生也有着密切联系和影响。本文第四章是对波德里亚的摄影所做的总体性评价与反思。首先,本文对波德里亚的摄影艺术实践在摄影史中做出的价值贡献予以肯定。这部分将波德里亚的摄影观念及其作品放置于摄影理论史与摄影史中加以联系、对比与梳理,总结波德里亚在实践技法、思想理论方面的创新意义。其次,本文承认波德里亚的摄影观念与具体摄影实践存在一·定的矛盾和冲突,因为在摄影实践中实现主体地位完全隐退以及技术的消失是不切实际的。木文认为,波德里亚的摄影观念与摄影实践对现当代美学思想与艺术发展而言,具有重要的研究价值和启发意义;同时,波德里亚的摄影观念也在更深层次上折射出他对当代社会人类的生存状态、生命体验以及对文化艺术未来命运的思考与探索。

【Abstract】 Jean Baudrillard was one of the most influential French postmodern philosophers,sociological theorists.Moreover,he was also a wonderful photographer who made great achievements in plhotography.Baudrillard’s theory has brought new research perspectives to philosophy,sociology.aesthetics and art studies at home and abroad.However,as a result of less attention paid to Baudrillard’sphotographic thought and the lack of literature mater-ials in the domestic academia,the current research results on Baudrillard’s photographic thought are quiet few and limited.In order to improve the development of researches on Baudrillard’s photographic thought,post-modern photography theory and visual culture.this thesis used many research methods including text reading,image analysis and so on.On the basis of theoretical texts and previous studies,from the core view of "photography-is the art of disappearance",social and historical background and relevant photographic works were associated with this thesis so as to explain Baudrillard’s photographic thought in a better degree.This thesis consists of six parts in total:Introduction,four chapters and Conclusion.Introduction includes the reasons for the selection of the thesis,literature review,current research status.research methods and basic ideas of this thesis.The first part of Chapter One mainly introduces Baudrilard’s life as well as his theory.The second part introduces his activities and achievements about photography.Moereover,this part summarizes main text sources of Baudrillard’s photographic thought briefly.Chapter Two is the interpretation of Baudrillard’s photographic thought in detail.The first part of this chapter summarizes "photography is the art of disappearance" as the core concept of his photography and explains its meaning.Then,with"disappearance of the Subject"as foundation of his photographic thought,this chapter decomposes"the art of disappearance"into four parts:"Disappearance of the Reality","Disappearance of Techniques","Disappearance of the Subject"and"Disappearance of the Object".In these parts,the process and basic characteristics of photography and the relationship between the photographer and objects are discussed.At the same time,this chapter combines with a number of Baudrillard’s representative works for interpreting and evaluating his thought of photography in a better way.Chapter Three mainly analyzes the causes of Baudrillard’s lard’s photographic thought,Firstly,his photographic thought originated from his own philosophical thought and highly critical artistic thought.Secondly.Baudrillard’s photographic practice is the most direct source of his photographic thought.Thirdly,some photographic theorists also had made great influence on his photographic thought.Chapter Four is the overall evaluation and reflection on Baudrillard’s photography.On one hand,the value made by his photographic practice and thought is worth being affirmed in the history of photography.The first part of this chapter links his photographic works and thought to the history of photography so as to summarize his innovative significance in both practical techniques and ideology.On the other hand,we should notice that there are certain contradictions and conflicts between Baudrillard’s photographic thought and specific photographic practice in the real world since it is unrealistic to abandon Subject position completely and don’t use any techniques in photographic practice at all.This thesis believes that Baudrillard’s photographic thought and his photographic practice have attached great importance to studies on the field of aesthetics and art.Further,Baudrillard’s photographic thought not only reflects social existence and life experience nowadays but also explores the destiny of culture and art in the future.
