基于运行状态的500kV变电站电力设备风险评估

【摘要】 500kV变电站是电网中的关键枢纽,站内电气设备运行的安全性直接影响整个电网的安全运行。本文分析了变电站内主要电气设备的运行情况,提出了基于层次分析法的电气设备状态评估,并实现了对变压器和断路器的风险评估,为系统运行和状态检修提供就决策信息。论文主要研究工作如下:(1)从课题研究和工程需求出发介绍了 500kV变电站状态评估和风险评估的背景、意义及现状;从状态检修方面明确了电气设备状态评估和风险评估的研究潜力和价值,对已有的研究进行分析和总结,并提出尚存问题,为后续研究理清思路和奠定基础;(2)阐述了电气设备缺陷、故障与设备的运行状态和设备运行风险的内在关联,分析了反映电力变压器运行状态的状态量,并对电气设备缺陷和故障情况进行了统计和分析,为后续电气设备的风险评估提供重要决策信息;(3)针对利用单一缺陷或者故障难以准确评估变电站电气设备的运行状态和风险的不足,提出了利用层次分析法综合考虑多种缺陷类型的状态量,实现了对变压器和电器设备的状态评估中各评价指标权重的合理计算,并将各评价指标按照与设备运行状态的关系分别进行统一测度变换,实现了对设备运行状态的科学合理评估;(4)在实现电气设备状态评估的基础之上,考虑电气设备的故障发生概率和由故障带来的损失值,对变电站电气设备的运行风险进行了评估,并实例分析了电气设备风险评估的方法。研究内容对于及时准确掌握变电站运行状态,把控关键和重要设备运行风险,保障电网安全稳定运行,提高设备使用效率,指导电气设备运行和检修生产具有重要的现实意义和应用价值。

【Abstract】 500kV substation is a particularly important hub in the power grid.,the safety of its operation will affect the safe operation of a power grid.In this paper,the condition of electrical equipment is analyzed,the condition and risk of the electrical equipment are assessed that provide decision-making information to condition-based maintenance and electric power system operation.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)The background,significance and status of the status assessment and risk assessment of the 500kV substation are introduced from the perspective of the project research and engineering requirements;The research potential and value of electrical equipment status assessment and risk assessment are clarified from the aspect of state maintenance.The existing research is analyzed and summarized,and the existing problems are put forward,which will clear up the thinking and lay a foundation for the subsequent research.(2)In this paper expounds the internal correlation between the defects of electrical equipment,faults and the operation state of equipment and the operation risk of equipment,analyzes the state quantity reflecting the operation state of power transformers,and makes statistics and analysis of the defects and failures of electrical equipment,providing important decision-making information for the risk assessment of subsequent electrical equipment;(3)Using a single defect or fault judgment method is difficult to accurately assess substation electrical equipment running status and the deficiency of risk by using Analytic Hierarchy Process is put forward considering various defect types of state,to realize the condition assessment of transformer and electrical equipment of each evaluation index weight in the reasonable calculation,and the evaluation index in accordance with the unified relation with the running status of the equipment separately measure transformation,realize the scientific and reasonable evaluation of equipment running status;(4)Based on the realization of state evaluation of electrical equipment,the operation risk of electrical equipment in substation is evaluated considering the probability of fault occurrence of electrical equipment and the loss caused by fault,and the method of risk evaluation of electrical equipment is analyzed with an example.The research content is of great practical significance and application value for timely and accurately mastering the operation state of substation,controlling the operation risk of key and important equipment,ensuring the safe and stable operation of power grid,improving the efficiency of equipment use,guiding the operation and maintenance of electrical equipment.
