【摘要】 钢铁行业最繁荣的时候,宝钢湛江钢铁基地建造擦肩而过,当钢铁业步入去产能化周期的时候,湛江钢铁轰轰烈烈进入掀起宝钢二次创业,有点生不逢时,但承载了宝钢现有产能转移、打造精品钢铁的梦想。要建立世界一流钢铁企业,必须符合国家环保政策要求,要用超前的眼光建设绿色钢铁。钢渣综合利用项目作为炼钢配套项目孕育而生。钢渣综合利用在国内一直没有得到很好的集成,一直以固废进行处置,而广东湛江区域工业欠发达,诸多不利因素不利于钢渣的综合利用,为保证钢铁主体运行通畅,对于钢渣项目集成处理势在必行,作为项目投运,需对存在的各种风险进行深入研究,此课题有很重要的现实意义。本文主要研究内容如下:(1)从项目实际背景情况出发,依据项目风险相关理论,阐述风险管理对此项目的重要性和研究必要性。(2)根据项目识别出的风险因素,利用模糊综合评价、盈亏平衡、敏感性分析等相关理论及方法对此项目风险进行评估与分析。(3)根据评估结果和项目现状提出合适的风险应对和风险监控措施。通过本文对钢渣尾渣综合利用项目风险管理的研究,可以加强公司对项目的风险管理管控,把风险管理作为项目管理的重要一项纳入管理范畴,通过风险管理研究可以提高项目团队风险管理意识,建立风险管理体系,确保此项目不论面对任何风险都可以提前预防、从容应对,减少项目由风险带来的损失,提高项目的抗风险能力,以低成本运行实现项目目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 When the steel industry’s most prosperous,Baosteel Zhanjiang steel base construction raglan and over,when the steel industry went into the production of the cycle,when Baosteel Zhanjiang Steel vigorous second venture into the lift,a little untimely,but now carries Baosteel there is transfer of production capacity,build quality steel dream.To build a world-class steel company,we must comply with national environmental policy requirements,use advance the vision building green steel.Steelmaking slag utilization project supporting the project as conceived and born.Slag utilization in the country has been well integrated useless,has been to solid waste disposal,and Zhanjiang regional industrial underdevelopment,and many other negative factors are not conducive to the comprehensive utilization of steel slag,to ensure the smooth operation of the steel body,the slag project integration treatment is imperative,as the project put into operation,the need for a variety of risks in-depth research,this issue has a very important practical significance.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the actual project background,this paper expounds the importance and necessity of risk management to the project based on the theory of project risk.(2)According to the risk factors identified by the project,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,profit and loss balance,sensitivity analysis and other related theories and methods to assess the risk of this project.(3)According to the evaluation results and the status of the project put forward the appropriate risk response and risk monitoring measures.Through research paper slag tailings comprehensive utilization project risk management,hoping to enhance the company’s risk management to project management and control,the risk management as an important management into a project management areas,through risk management research project team can improve risk management awareness establishing risk management system to ensure the project regardless of the face can prevent any risk ahead calmly,reducing the risk of loss caused by the project,a project to improve the anti-risk capability,low cost run achievement of project objectives.更多还原
