SGJT公司港口物流业务流程再造研究

【摘要】 业务流程再造是通过对企业原来作业流程进行详细的调查和分析,对其不合理部分,进行再思考、再设计,使企业绩效获得显著改善。企业核心竞争力得到有效提高,是流程再造的最终目的。缩短船舶在港停留时间是提高港口物流企业核心竞争力的关键。近年来,面对外部环境激烈变化,为适应新形势的发展需要,SGJT公司港口现有流程业务流程需要进行再造。本文对SGJT公司港口物流业务流程再造主要思路是:在不影响SGJT公司传统组织模式的前提下,通过改变传统串行流程和决策方式,完善和应用信息技术,运用流程并行化再造等方法,简化物流业务流程,提高港口作业效率,增强港口物流服务水平和综合竞争力。本文结合SGJT公司港口物流业务流程现状,深刻剖析港口物流业务流程中存在的问题,以物流业务流程再造理论为依据,以实现资源共享、提高运营效率、降低物流成本、提高客户满意度为目标,提出了改进思路和优化措施,对现行的物流业务流程进行改造,建立流程型组织结构,并对SGJT公司港口业务流程改造后的效果进行了预估。本文通过对SGJT公司港口物流业务流程的研究,得出具有一定针对性和指导意义的结论。希望本文的研究能够对SGJT公司以及其它同类企业在港口物流业务流程改造方面的应用起到有益的借鉴。

【Abstract】 Business process reengineering is through to the enterprise all aspects of the original production and operation process,each link to conduct a comprehensive investigation and detailed analysis of some unreasonable,unnecessary link in change,in order to get a significant change in the performance.The fundamental goal of business process reengineering is to obtain core competitiveness.For port logistics enterprises,how to shorten the ship in Hong Kong residence time is the key to get high competitiveness.In recent years,port SGJT company faces,great changes have taken place in the environment of the enterprise existing internal management system and process needs to further meet the needs of the development of enterprises,the enterprises to carry out business process reengineering is imperative.This article SGJT port logistics company BPR main idea is:without affecting the company’s traditional organizational model SGJT premise,by changing the traditional serial and decision-making processes,improvement and application of information technology,the use of parallelization process reengineering and other methods to simplify logistics business processes and improve the efficiency of port operations,port logistics service level and enhance overall competitiveness.In this paper,the status quo port logistics business processes SGJT company,a profound analysis of port logistics business process problems in the logistics business process reengineering theory,in order to share resources,improve operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs,improve customer satisfaction as the goal,improvement and optimization of proposed measures,the existing logistics business process transformation,establish process-oriented organizational structure,and the effect SGJT port operations company after the transformation processes were estimated.Based on the company’s port logistics business processes SGJT study concluded that a certain relevance and instructive.We hope this study can be applied to companies and other similar SGJT enterprise logistics business process transformation in the port side of the play a useful reference.
