【摘要】 现代高校教育已经进入了新的阶段,新的教育时代环境下,民办高职院校作为高校康教育的重要构成部分,日常教学活动开展直接关系到学生的实际就业情况。在现代物流业快速发展的背景下,高职院校物流专业学生就业竞争力提升已经成为衡量现代教育教学的有效方式,基于学生就业竞争力人才培养是时代发展的必然要求。当前民办高职院校物流专业学生就业竞争力呈现出多样化趋势,如何提高学生就业竞争力,需要从多个角度进行全面应用,也是衡量教学质量的有效方式之。现代教育实践环境下,分析民办高职院校物流专业学生就业竞争力具有深远性的作用和意义,本文主要研究内容如下:第一章论述了现代教育背景下民办高职院校物流专业学生就业竞争力背景,在多元化的教学时代,物流专业大学生要想更好地实现就业,就要不断提高自身的竞争力水平。在新的环境下积极主动地分析影响物流专业学生就业竞争力的主要因素,明确教学中的重点难点进而提出相关改进对策。通过多种途径对国内外相关文献资料收集整理,掌握了最新的研究动态和发展状况,为本研究奠定了基础。研究方法主要包括问卷调查、数据分析、访谈和文献分析。第二章是国内外研究现状,对民办高职院校大学生、就业竞争力等相关概念进行分析,借助相关理论来阐述当前民办高职院校物流专业学生就业竞争力现状和实施环境,这样以来可以更好地指导实践教学活动。从目前的发展现状来看,国内外相关研究的进行是在实际运营基础上进行的,建立综合性的现代教育指导模式,以更加主动的方式形成完善的教学改进方法,提升高职院校物流专业学生就业竞争力,为日常教学提供指导思路。第三章分析了江西先锋软件职业技术学院物流专业现状,采用实践调查的方式对先锋软件职业技术学院物流专业学生毕业现状进行了全面调查分析,明确了市场对人类型和毕业生的素质能力水平,在此基础上分析了当前该校教育教学中存在的问题和不足,为后文提出改进建议提供了基础。第四章采用调查问卷的方式对江西先锋软件职业技术学院物流专业学生就业竞争力分析,在前人研究的基础上创建了调查问卷,利用SPSS软件对问卷调查分析,最终形成问卷结果。第五章提出了提升民办高职院校物流专业学生就业竞争力的管理策略,主要从正确培养大学生专业兴趣、调整物流专业学生就业竞争力的水平、完善学校教学管理制度以及加强教学管理,改进教学方法,激发大学生学习兴趣等几个方面进行相应的教育教学应用和实践推广工作,从学生需求角度出发,对当前民办高职院校教育实施机制进行调整。第六章是结论,对本文研究进行总结概括,明确了当前教育形势下,民办高职院校物流专业学生就业竞争力影响性因素,针对存在的问题提出了教学改进对策,为民办高职院校发展提供了借鉴。虽然本文取得了一定的成绩,受到多种因素的限制,导致本文研究存在一些不足之处,在后续的研究中,进一步进行改进和完善,提高研究科学性和针对性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modern college and university education has entered a new stage.In the new era of education,private vocational colleges as an important part of higher education,every day.teaching activities directly related to the actual employment of students.Under the background of the rapid development of modern logistics industry,improving the employment competitiveness of logistics students in higher vocational colleges has become an effective way to measure the modern education and teaching,but also an inevitable requirement with the development of the times,which based on fostering students’ competitiveness in employment.At present,the employment competitiveness of logistics majors in private higher vocational colleges shows a diversified trend.Therefore,how to improve the employment competitiveness of students needs to be applied in many aspects,and is also an effective way to measure the quality of teaching.Under the background of modern educational practice,it has far-reaching functions and significance to analyze the employment competitiveness of logistics students in private higher vocational colleges.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first chapter discusses the background of employment competitiveness of Logistics Majors in private higher vocational colleges under the background of modern education.In the diversified teaching era,if logistics majors want to get a better job,they must constantly improve their competitiveness.This part actively analyzes the main factors of affecting the logistics majors employment competitiveness under the new environment,clarifies the key and difficult points in teaching,and then puts forward relevant improvement measures.Relevant literature at home and abroad has been collected and sorted out through a variety of ways,the author has grasped the latest research trends and development status,and laid the foundation for this study.The research methods of this paper mainly involve questionnaire survey,data analysis,interview,literature analysis,ect.The second chapter is the research status at home and abroad,private vocational college students,employment competitiveness and other related concepts are analyzed.With the help of relevant theories,it expounds the current employment competitiveness of logistics students in private vocational colleges and the implementation environment,so as to better guide practical teaching activities.From the current development situation,the author knows that the domestic and foreign related research is carried outon the basis of actual operation.Through the establishment of a comprehensive guidance model of modern education,forming a more active way to improve teaching methods,which enhance the competitiveness of logistics students in higher vocational colleges and provide guidance for daily teaching.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of logistics majors in Jiangxi Vocational College of Ahead Software.By means of practical investigation,it makes a comprehensive investigation and analysis of the students’ graduation status,clarifies the types of the market and the quality and ability level of the graduates,analyzes the problems and shortcomings in the current education and teaching in this school,which provides a basis for suggestions.The fourth Chapter analyzes the employment competitiveness of logistics students in Jiangxi Vocational College of Ahead Software by questionnaire.On the basis of previous studies,the questionnaire was created,which was analyzed by SPSS software.Finally the results were obtained.The fifth chapter puts forward the management strategies to enhance the employment competitiveness of logistics majors in private vocational colleges.It mainly carries on the corresponding application and practice of education and teaching from several aspects,such as the correct cultivation of college students ’professional interest,the adjustment of logistics students’ employment competitiveness,the improvement of school teaching management system and the strengthening of teaching management,the improvement of teaching methods and the stimulation of students’ learning interest.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.It summarizes the research of this paper,clarifies the influential factors of the employment competitiveness of logistics students in private higher vocational colleges under the current educational situation,,And for the existing problems put forward some teaching improvement measures for reference.the development of private higher Higher vocational colleges.Some achievements have been made in this paper,but due to many factors,are some shortcomings in this study.In the follow-up study,the author will make further improvements to promote the scientific and targeted research.更多还原
