【摘要】 沈阳CNC软件有限公司作为成立于2007年的一家软件技术企业,在历经了 8年的艰苦奋斗之后,已由原来一家名不见经传的小公司发展成为在沈阳本地一家知名的软件企业。公司在发展中遇到的问题,尤其是在团队建设方面的问题,在技术型创业企业中非常具有代表性。软件项目管理的好坏,很大程度就体现在软件开发团队的建设和管理上。软件开发团队是软件项目实施的基础,是高质量软件项目或产品的保证,它直接影响和制约着公司发展。本文以团队建设的阶段性为团队建设的切入点,借助创业理论及团队建设相关理论,从建设有效团队的角度,讨论并分析了技术创业型企业在成长过程中所遭遇的课题。从理论和案例两个角度对如何进行有效的团队建设进行了阐述,并在有效的团队建设方面提出了个人的观点和看法。在理论方面,本文首先对创业理论进行了综述。其次对团队的定义进行了界定,并简要介绍了团队建设的相关理论。根据企业的不同成长阶段、结合外包软件企业的经营模式特点对团队建设进行了阶段性的划分。在企业的不同发展阶段有相应的具体矛盾,而每个阶段的矛盾又有着不同于其他阶段矛盾的特点和相应的解决方案。在案例方面以CNC软件的公司团队建设为主线,全面展示CNC软件从成立到至今在不同发展阶段的团队建设特征。描述了 CNC软件在不同的发展阶段,如何根据所遭遇的课题进行公司团队建设,以保证公司的可持续壮大与发展。旨在从团队人才确保、团队制度建设、团队组织结构、团队成员激励和团队目标设定等角度来分析团队建设对于技术创业企业取得成功的必要性。本文的研究贡献可以对国内大多数小型的外包软件企业的快速壮大及成长提供相应的经验借鉴,能够少走一些弯路从而促使国内软件业的迅速发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Despite years of complex and volatile international economic situation since 2012,but the domestic software and information service outsourcing still achieve more than 30%growth,faster than 10%of the entire software industry.Transformation of economic development,industrial structure adjustment and upgrading of industrial and depth of integration of information technology continues to advance,have created a favorable environment for the development of software and IT service outsourcing industry,while providing a broad market.In recent years,the rapid development of China’s software outsourcing,Science and Technology,Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Commerce and other ministries in promoting the export of software outsourcing service issued a series of measures,including the establishment of relevant parks and export base,focus resources to build China’s outsourcing brand.But also see that China’s current most software companies or in small-sized,relatively weak anti-risk capability,so that companies can not go the normal virtuous circle.For developing countries such as China,the way the software outsourcing software industry can quickly complete the software development needs related to technology,talent,experience and funds.In this paper,including the ability of enterprises,enterprise life cycle,including start-ups operating capacity theory,outlines the software outsourcing business models and growth characteristics of the stage,and on this basis,using interviews and questionnaires to CNC Software,Inc.research management capacity.Based on the research process,first introduces the background,significance and research methods,the paper,in addition to paving the way for the text to do;followed by studies of theoretical knowledge needed to carry out the screening and combing,the full text laid a solid theoretical foundation;After we selected midsize companies CNC software company with typical significance,methods through questionnaires and statistical analysis of the company’s business history case studies,combined with the CNC software to your business’s business model,through its growth process and its implementation analyzed,summed up the three different stages of development of entrepreneurship,namely the early and growth stage,stage of development,the boom phase,and for each stage are given a measure of its operating capacity to enhance the relevant dimensions,including entrepreneurial spirit,team cohesion,leadership management,leader ability to grasp the direction of development,concluded that foster entrepreneurship path of realization.The main contribution of this study is small,most of the domestic software companies to quickly expand and grow to provide the appropriate Experience,can take some detours thus contributing to the rapid development of the domestic software industry.更多还原
