煤化工企业污水处理站异味治理工艺方案设计

【摘要】 山东某煤化工公司主要生产焦炭、煤气、焦油、粗苯、甲醇等产品。企业生产过程中产生的焦化废水通过厂区内污水处理站处理,废水主要污染物为氨氮、挥发酚、氰化物、有机物等,为典型的高浓度、高氨氮的有机废水。在废水处理过程中,敞开式的污水处理单元散发出较大的异味,严重影响了企业及周围环境,异味的主要成分有氨、硫化氢、甲硫醇、乙硫醇、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、二硫化碳、苯胺、二甲二硫醚等,该异味属于典型的挥发性有机废气(VOCs)。由于敞开式污水处理单元池体较大,废气不利于收集,并且废气组分较复杂,湿度较高,其中的主要污染物嗅阈值都极低,处理要求较高。因此,设计一套效率高、能耗低、运行稳定的异味气体处理工艺是本论文研究的主要研究内容之一,也是本论文的关键问题。本文对焦化废水处理站产生的异味环节、成分进行了调查分析,在研究对比国内外VOCs废气治理的工艺技术特点与存在的问题的基础上,经过多方案分析比较,最终确定采用“池体封闭+负压收集+脱水除尘+化学洗涤+水洗涤+低温等离子体技术+活性碳吸附”的组合工艺,并对该工艺进行了设计。对山东某煤化工公司污水处理站异味治理项目的实际运行监测结果表明,VOCs主要污染物去除效率可达到95%,废气治理效果明显,主要污染物达标排放,达到了预期的目标;该系统具有运行费用低、操作简单、运行稳定、占地面积小等优点,证实该处理工艺在技术上和经济上都是可行的。该设计对同类型行业的异味治理,尤其是煤化工企业焦化废水处理站废气的治理具有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 A coal chemical company in Shandong is a coal chemical enterprise which produces coke,gas,tar,crude benzene,methanol and so on.Coking wastewater is treated by internal sewage treatment facilities.The main pollutants in wastewater are organics,ammonia nitrogen,volatile phenol and cyanide,which belong to organic wastewater with high concentration and high ammonia nitrogen.In the process of wastewater treatment,Open-type sewage treatment unit emits a larger odor,seriously affecting the business and the surrounding environment.The main components of the odor are ammonia,hydrogen sulfide,benzene,toluene,xylene,aniline,methyl mercaptan,ethyl mercaptan,carbon disulfide and dimethyl disulfide etc,and the odor is a typical volatile organic exhaust gas(VOCs).The characteristic of the exhaust gas is that it’s hard to be collected because the open sewage treatment unit pool is too large.In addition,its composition is complex with certain humidity,and the odor thresholds of main pollutants are extremely low.Thus,high demand for its removal process is needed.Therefore,finding a set of energy-saving and efficient combination process is the key issue of this thesis,which is also one of the main research contents.In this paper,the odor components generated from coking wastewater treatment station were investigated.Based on the investigation and analysis of the characteristics and existing problems of odor emission control technology at home and abroad,through the analysis and comparison of many schemes,the combination process of "Pond seal + Negative pressure collection + Dewatering and dust removal+ Chemical scrubbing + Water washing + Low temperature plasma deodorization +Activated carbon adsorption combined process" was determined and designed.Through the actual operation of the Shandong coal chemical company sewage treatment station odor management project results show that the removal efficiency of VOCs major pollutants can reach 95%,the emissions control effect is obvious,and the discharge of major pollutants has reached the expected target.The system has the advantages of low operating cost,simple operation,stable operation,small floor area and so on,it’s proved that this process is technically and economically feasible.The design has certain guiding significance for the treatment of odor in the same kind of industry,especially for the treatment of waste gas from coking wastewater treatment station in coal chemical enterprises.
