G保险公司外勤人员激励机制研究

【摘要】 科技在不停地发展,社会也在不断的进步,随着人类愈加紧凑的步伐与人生,各个领域也随着他们的需要而日益更新。外国先进文明与技术的引进,使得中国的重、轻工业不断地发展和改革,从工业文明到软金融行业,中国在一点一点的崛起,队伍在慢慢的壮大,从技术更新到人员管制,前进的核心不止有创新,人才的保留与管理日渐成为国家的重中之重。发展离不开技术,离不开文明,更离不开人才,发现人才、创造人才仅仅是第一步,如何保留和管理人才更是企业和国家长远发展的重点。社会的加速进步也带来了竞争的愈加激烈,各大市场的风云变幻使企业应接不暇,激励并调动企业员工的主观能动性,使其积极主动,在自己需求得到满足的同时又为公司尽可能创造最大的利润成为企业人力的重心与难点。激励这一机制也成为国内外学者研究的热点与话题。目前,中国的激励机制尚不完善,在企业中存在诸多问题,导致企业利润下降,运营不善等等。本文利用激励机制的各大理论,在收集材料的同时,以实际基础为前提,G保险公司外勤人员为研究对象,对G公司激励机制的问题与不足进行全方面研究,并针对其问题作出分析与整改意见,使其能在日渐激烈的竞争环境中保留人才,发展人才。也希望此次研究成果可为其它同属行业提供有用的参考价值。
【Abstract】 Technology is constantly evolving,society is constantly in progress,with the pace and life of human become more compact,all areas also increasingly update with their needs.The introduction of foreign advanced civilization and technology,which makes China’s heavy and light industry development and reform unceasingly,from industrial civilization to soft financial industry,China’s rise in bit by bit,the team in the growth of slowly,from a technical updates to the personnel control,forward core not only have innovation,talent retention and management increasingly become the nation’s top priority.Accelerate the progress.of society also brings increasingly fiece competition,the major market changes make enterprises could be overwhelmed,motivate and mobilize the initiative of employees to be proactive in their own needs are satisfied at the same time for the company to create the greatest possible profits become the focus and difficulty of the enterprise workforce.The mechanism of incentive also become hot topics in the study of domestic and foreign scholars and topic.At present,China’s incentive mechanism is not perfect,many problems exist in the enterprise,resulting in a decline in corporate profits,improper operation and so on In this paper,using the theory of incentive mechanism of each big,in the collection of materials at the same time,the premise,based on actual field personnel G insurance company as the research object,The problems and deficiencies of G company incentive mechanism for all aspects of research,aiming at the problems and make analysis and rectification opinions,Make its can retain talent in the increasingly fierce competition environment,the development of talent.Also hope that the research results can provide useful reference value for other belong to the same industry.
