【摘要】 随着汽车在人们生活中的普及,汽车电子产品的市场也逐渐变得火热起来。越来越多的汽车电子生产厂家为了增加自身的竞争力,提高生产效率和降低生产成本成了企业最为重要的事情。自动化技术的发展给汽车电子企业带来了生产技术的变革,通过搭建自动化产线平台来实现汽车电子设备的生产和质量检测,在很大程度上既节约了人力成本又提高了生产效率,同时还保证了产品的质量。本文所研究设计的是一条全自动化汽车电子生产系统。首先阐述了汽车电子音响测试系统的国内外研究现状,介绍了整个测试系统的整体设计。根据课题需要,将整个测试系统分为两个部分,分别是硬件系统和软件系统。其次进行了硬件部分的选型和软件系统的搭建,根据测试需求和测试内容来选择测试系统所需的硬件仪器,并通过软件实现对硬件设备的控制,同时设置测试标准。通过软件给被测产品发送指定的CAN指令来实现各部分功能。硬件部分最后通过对产品进行生产和测试来验证整个测试系统的稳定性及效率。根据一段时间来对整个系统的跟踪以信息的反馈,整个测试系统为汽车电子生产企业带来了非常可观的效益。企业在减少人力的同时又提高了产品的生产效率,以前人力收到生产一天最多生产检测100套产品,现在自动化产线的产量每天能达到200套。所用人力降低37%,生产效率提高了一倍。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the popularity of automobile in people’s life,the market of automobile electronic products has become increasingly hot.More and more automotive electronics manufacturers in order to increase their competitiveness,improve production efficiency and reduce production costs has become the most important thing for enterprises.The development of automation technology has brought about the transformation of production technology to automotive electronics enterprises.Through the establishment of automation production line platform,the production and quality inspection of automotive electronics equipment can be realized.To a large extent,it not only saves the labor cost,but also improves the production efficiency and ensures the quality of products.The research and design of this paper is a fully automated automotive electronic production system.At first,the research status of automotive electronic audio testing system at home and abroad is described,and the overall design of the whole testing system is introduced.According to the needs of the subject,the whole test system is divided into two parts,which are hardware system and software system.Secondly,the hardware part of the selection and construction of the software system,according to the test requirements and test content to select the test system required by the hardware instruments,and through the software to achieve the control of the hardware equipment,at the same time set the test standards.Finally,the stability and efficiency of the whole test system are verified by the production and test of the product.According to a period of time to track the whole system with information feedback,the whole test system for the automotive electronics production enterprises has brought very considerable benefits.At the same time,the enterprise reduces labor and improves the production efficiency of products.In the past,labor could only produce and test 100 sets of products a day after receiving the production.Now,the output of automatic production line can reach 200 sets a day.The manpower used was reduced by 37% and the production efficiency was doubled.更多还原
