基于基片集成波导与CSRR技术的三角形带通滤波器设计

【摘要】 对射频微波前端电路来说,滤波器是不可或缺的一部分,其参数直接影响整个前端电路的性能。人们对性能优良且结构紧凑的滤波器一直有旺盛的需求,故对滤波器的小型化与高性能方向的研究一直是研究的热点。在滤波器的发展过程中,基片集成波导(Substrate Integrated Waveguide,SIW)结构因其独特的结构和电磁特性引起了人们广泛的研究。其结构既如微带线结构质量轻、体积小、易加工且与平面电路集成方便又像传统波导一样辐射损耗小、功率容量大。与此同时,为实现SIW结构的进一步小型化,多模SIW技术被研究学者广泛研究和创新,人们取得了丰硕的研究成果。本文的主要研究工作就是把多模SIW技术与互补开口谐振环(Complementary Split Ring Resonators,CSRR)技术相结合并设计了性能优异的SIW带通滤波器。首先,本文简要地介绍了微波滤波器设计的基本概念及基本设计方法,比如微波滤波器的分类依据、基本性能指标以及主要设计理论,其中以低通原型滤波器为设计滤波器的原始模型,简要介绍了其基本集总参数响应模型以及频率变换方法,同时简单介绍了滤波器的射频实现方法。其次,本文介绍了SIW的基本结构和计算公式,并结合实例重点介绍了多模SIW滤波器的原理和设计方法。同时介绍了CSRR的基本原理以及其在SIW滤波器设计和多模SIW滤波器设计中的应用。这为后文设计SIW滤波器提供了重要思路。最后,结合多模SIW技术、三角形SIW腔体技术和CSRR技术,我们设计了加载CSRR的双模SIW带通滤波器,通过在滤波器的腔体内引入微扰通孔移动谐振频点和在金属地面刻蚀CSRR,我们得到了性能优异结构紧凑的带通滤波器。同时我们利用三角形腔体构造了双层SIW滤波器。我们对所设计的滤波器加工出实物并测量优化,滤波器性能优异,结构紧凑,满足了设计要求。

【Abstract】 As a vital component among the RF and Microwave devices of radio communication systems,the parameters of the filter has a great impact on the whole RF system indices.As an important component of microwave system,microwave filters with advantages of compact size and high performance are in large demand.Therefore,the resesrch on the miniaturization and high performance of the filter has always been a hot topic.With the development of filters,the structure of Substrate Integrated Waveguide(SIW)has been widely studied due to its unique structure and electromagnetic characteristics.The structure of SIW is as light,compact,easy to be processed and integrate with the planar circuit as microstrip,and it has the same radiation loss and high power capacity as traditional waveguide.At the same time,in order to miniaturize the SIW structure further,the multi-mode SIW technology has been widely studied and innovated by researchers,and people have achieved fruitful research results.The main research work of this paper is to combine the multi-mode SIW technology with Complementary Split Ring Resonators(CSRR)technology to design SIW bandpass filter with high performance.First of all,this article briefly introduces the basic concepts of microwave filter design and basic design methods,such as the classification basis of microwave filter,basic performance and main design theory,the low-pass prototype filter for the filter design of the original model,and briefly illustrates its basic response model of lumped parameters and the frequency conversion.At the same time,the method of realization of RF filters is also discussed briefly.Secondly,this paper demonstrates the basic structure and calculation formula of SIW,and introduces the principle and design method of multimode SIW filters.Meanwhile the basic principles of CSRR,and CSRR’s application in SIW filter design and multi-mode SIW filter design are presented in this article as well.All of These provide an important way to design SIW filter.Finally,combining with the multimode SIW technology,triangular SIW cavity and CSRR technology,we design dual-mode SIW bandpass filter with CSRRs.By introducing perturbation via hole in the cavity of filters and etching CSRRs in the metal surface,we get the good performance of compact band-pass filters.Then a double-layer SIW filter using triangle cavity is constructed simultaneously.At last,two filters are fabricated and measured.Simulation and meaurement results show filters exhibits high performace and compact size which indicates that both of the filters meet the design requirements.
